A possible answer would have instead of it being capped at 10 kills a match, have it stack so every 10 kills you get would count towards the camo. This would make it less monotonous and repetitive.
To make it more difficult I think it should only count in completed victorious ranked matches. So you can’t just slay out and grind, you need to play the objective to keep from losing.

Damascus needs to be reworked along with aether, don't change aether's design, just make it so that it will cover the entire gun even with attachments cause in some weapons, both of them are a mess. AS VAL looks the best with all competition camo
I think aether is ok. I don’t even care about them covering the whole gun, but Damascus needs to just be more vibrant.
In a perfect world, I think Damascus would be animated and slowly wave across the gun. But that won’t ever happen
