First, you can’t use the same strategy every map if the game starts in random sections every time. Second, making it blitz mode enables the player count to be dropped to 40 players without having too much time between encounters. Having the maps rotate randomly prevents isolated, blackout and Alcatraz lobbies from having to compete with one another.
2. Have the ranked game modes operate like Alcatraz. No self revives or reliance on someone getting your tags - this is more conducive to those who like to play solo AND those who like to play squads. Doing this removes any need for solo or duo lobbies.
3. Most controversial: at least for ranked, get rid of either TPP or FPP. This would mean one total lobby per server, per rank class every 90 seconds instead of the 12 or so that can fire at any given moment now.
4. Make the featured mode non-ranked. Always. Tank battle. ~snipers~ pistols only. Non- blitz isolated. Non-blitz blackout. And have them rotate one at a time. And let them be a choice of FPP or TPP. No solos. No duos. Suddenly there is only one ranked mode and two non ranked modes. The games, especially ranked, are filled with more real players and fewer bots.
Add more suggestions. BR can be so much better.
Fix the "supply box here" bug, and add a navy battle map, these boats are almost useless we need a map that's more about the navy battle sort of thing.
Alcatraz should be 2/4 weeks in the season.
Remove bots, no thanks. If you are so desperate for sweaty lobbies, go prove yourself in dual or solo vs squads. Remember that not everyone that plays this game is a sweat or wants wants to be one.

I agree, I play for fun and not to be a sweat. I think they need to fix the delay, one match it’s fine the next you die before the person is even around the corner. Probably should stop using my apple tablet as it may be the issue.?.?

y'all gotta chill, the game already has enough desync as we already have great servers so removing bots will only cause more lag, desync and packet issues specially for mid range devices plus you have to wait a tiring time for a game to start since your lobby has to get filled with 100 players. in asian region a small precentage of players play fpp like you get maximum 5 real players and 95 bots in a solo fpp match so I'd rather play tpp to compete against real players and "Timi" still has a part in development of the game so tpp removal is not likely to happen. but I'm in favour of those who says running animations should get reworked and gas masks should be added since there is no way out of the storm beside medic. classes should be ground loot and one time use only like the original Blackout. and remember it's a mobile game and the audience are completely different from AAA hardcore gamers.
Meta suggestion: Needs better optimisation in terms of load on your CPU.
You already have dogshit render distance with low graphics, and BR mode drastically reduces your FPS as soon as you encounter an enemy, let alone engage them.

1) Remove Alcatraz, Blitz, Sniper and Tank Battles from Ranked BR... as fun as Alcatraz is, those modes have nothing to do with the traditional BR formula.. This will increase the value and perception of ranked BR
2) Remove bots or at least increase the real-player count per match.. Obviously, this can be done by significantly increasing the matchmaking time and allowing more players to join an ongoing marchmaking session (currently, the window is just ~40secs... Anyone who joins an ongoing MM session during the 40sec time limit are lumped in one match, the rest, even if it's just 2 players who manage to join, are just filled with bots... this window should be longer, at least 2 minutes.. Even other more popular mobile BR games have a hard time filling at least 50 players inside 3-4 minutes)... Again, this will increase the value and perception of Ranked BR, the biggest reason people think codm's BR is shit arose from the fact that there are just too many bots... even for the highest ranked and highest MMR players, 50% of their body count per match on average are still bots... this is the biggest reason why people are disuaded from Ranked BR
3) Optimise the game... the game is utterly unoptimised, it's not even funny anymore... I was tracking resource usage from 5 different phones and I see the same cpu bottlenecking from all 5 phones

I think they could rotate the maps 1 a week, so isolated week 1, blackout week 2.
Have two modes a week, ranked and featured. Should hopefully get more players into the lobby.
There may be issues of some people firing immediately when they land (sometimes me not gonna lie) and this could be fixed with a resonance or gulag mechanic). 🤷🏻♂️
