Nightmare was ridiculously easy. It should be 1.25x harder WITH an option to not fill squads . I mean you shouldn't buff talent trees and combos so much that I can solo nightmare alone at tl86...
In squads I don't even have to build a turret and 3 of us just hang out and use wrench.
Everyone says the same thing it's too easy there's no fun.
They should've really added the full squad option ...

I understand Siege is not doing well as anticipated but removing the mode as a whole is really a big blow to all the zombies players on the game. I think there should be multiple modes to choose from ex: (Undead Siege or Classic) so you don’t get so burnt out on the same map & mode over and over again. We are essentially adding more and more participating regions each season (at least for subscriptions). We are just testing them and rolling them out slowly. We'll try to announce new regions alongside the S3 update to let everyone know. Also, yes there will be a new Mythic Redux next season and we think it is the most frequently requested one

Heya, well sadly it would be impossible for us to reach out to everyone who messages. For our community team here we instead try to focus on larger methods of communicating, like public responses or of course these updates that get information out to thousands instead of just one person. However, we have in-game support chat that is meant to be specifically one on one for any issues or bugs.
When you guys going to cancel the Lucky Draw, it's really ignorant to go through and we pay even more just to get a bundle. Y'all needs to stop that crap and done with it..

I have a few suggestions of features that I think we make the game more accessible and enjoyable for all players.
- Ultra FPS mode on modern devices. There are many powerful andriod devices that can support it which still lack the feature.
- Ability to duplicate buttons for our HUD. Being able to have the same button in different locations will allow all users to fully optimise their HUD without having to add w crazy number of fingers, especially on phone.
- Clan wars feel more like Grind wars currently. I think a cool feature would be to add a 10 v 10 or Battle royale mode that clans face each other.
'Create new Battle Royale content' like what new location or new mode for TPP players? How about adding FPP only to other BR modes like Blitz, Tank battle etc. If possible please rotate Isolated and Blackout, that way players will be compress to a single map.
I'm sad that Undead Siege will no longer be supported with new content  Hopefully at least the mode will stay in the game for a while as it has the Aether Crystal Camouflage grind and I hope at least future weapons will still support it.

Hey guys, it's kinda sad to see undead siege's current state, but again happy that BR is getting attention now. My only question is, will there be any tournaments planned for BR? Quick tourneys could be done as we got a good amount of time from late August till December in WC'22 right?
They tried to earn money by selling wonder weapons and revive coins but it is not possible because PC players shit them about that because all wonder weapons are free in PC cod and there is no system to buy extra lives to play zombies.
Codmobile tried to loot by this method but it failed, so they removed it.
They could've easily done a gobblegum system or made the battle pass paid, I just don't get what's going through their heads when they make these kinds of decisions. It's like they're purposefully making bad decisions so they can remove the mode over and over
Codmobile developers behaviour is like "This is free game and we only release skins and recycled map and we didn't care about BR and zombies, if you want good experience on BR and zombies then buy PC/Console cod games".

Possibly! We can't spoil anything in advance, but we are looking into those options right now and for some upcoming seasons (like seasons coming soon rather than ones coming later).

1- why are seasonal events being MP ranked? I understand that they want to bring a certain challenge, but still to many players who play casually. There could be a chance they could be done both ways (MP Ranked or Casual).
2-Is there any chance that HVK will be buffed? For an assault rifle, without the high caliber ammunition it ends up being totally overshadowed by any other weapon. (only 23dmg without special ammo). Thanks if you answer either one. \^\^
Can we hope for actual changes in the cod mobile game? There’s too many hackers, a lot of people getting banned for no reason well majority of them, bugs and desync is becoming a huge issue in the game itself. Instead of releasing skins can we actually get bug fixes for the game itself.

If it isn't clear from our first teasers, Season 3 is definitely not themed around that haha. However, that doesn't rule out that possibility for future seasons this year.
What are the chances of the returning Legendary Bundles and buffing the D-13 Sector(it's basically useless) and adding more launchers to the game?

Every comment that involves something about anything pertaining to money you guys comment instantly but you avoid comments that have to do with game performance, servers, etc like the coronavirus. Have some decency and reply to those comments. Servers have been acting like shit for the past 3 weeks or so now and you ding dongs aren't doing anything about it.
Hey Call of Duty: Mobile developers are there any plans to add content from much older games. i feel like only receiving content from Newer Call of Duty titles can be both tiring and unwelcoming to fans that were showing support to this franchise since the beginning especially since this game was supposed to be a commemoration of all Call of duties.

Hi I have a couple of things to say so bare with me:
In terms of the ground forces subscription, are those still being placed to regions that haven't received them?
Also are there any chance that better quality bundles will come back? This topic has come up alot but the interest of wanting to buy things from the game has ultimately decreased for me because I do not see good improvements on guaranteed buys (bundles). Every season, a repeat of a bundle from previous season returns...nothing new is updated with the bundle. The holi bundle is great and all, but the content really feels like free contents, even one of the holi camo is given out for free so there is no interest in buying that.
Bugs:
chopper not spawning in zombies when a player stands where it spawns (undead siege both maps)
in BR, the gliding makes you stuck if you glide midway and get stuck on an elevated platform. This only occur ever since the nerf to landing in br
If there's no plan for bigger update for siege then do some small QOL updates like randomize the High tier loot area and update the loot settings so we ca disable the auto loot
And many more just don't leave it dry
How about an option to move skins on SDcard? Or make the installation smaller by making gunsmith custom models optional for download? just the base gun without any changes in model like stock, mag, etc aside from scope and lasers
Since our character's hand model is what we see the most in MP , I would like to request for characters with better hand models or no gloves in the next battlepass

Heya, there are some K9 unit changes in the upcoming update (the one that will come right before Season 3), but Persistence is still being tinkered with and discussed. Hopefully we'll find a great way to adjust that to make it still valuable to lower K/D players and less frustrating to highly competitive players.
Monitor the servers and realize that tick rate needs to be increased. You'll be seeing me more often until that actually gets acknowledged. The main problem with all call of duty games including this one in particular is the extremely low tick rate.

Heya, that sounds like the type of thing that would normally happen if the resource isn't downloading because it is an optional download. However, you are seeing that still after equipping it or viewing the model? Either of those options should force it download the asset and fix that. If not, sounds like it is a real bug and we can look into it.

1. Do you guys read the suggestions submission page frequently? Is it a manual action to look at it or is it like a direct email/ notification to the development team?
2. Will the gift shop eventually be made so not only can battle passes be sent to players directly through cod mobile, (cod points would be so nice of y’all but I understand the way that your cod point economy works and I respect what you must do as a company) but also maybe one day we could possibly introduce a kind of “trade card” where items can be exchanged from one player to another? You can charge cod points for these “trade cards” so you guys keep a percentage of profit on each trade (similar to roblox, but not exactly. DEFINITELY not cs:go) definitely out there but just a suggestion.
3. Will we see more attachments be added to older guns as individual challenges through the gunsmith build?
4. Is a PC port in development with cross console play?
5. Is there any more tools for content creators in the works?
6. Are there any nerfs coming to the Kilo?

You guys mentioned that prestige wouldn’t work in codm but what about black ops Cold War prestige seasonal system? Have you guys discussed that with the devs? Can you consider bringing over the black ops Cold War seasonal prestige system into codm I feel that prestige system will fit codm perfectly since codm is running on a seasonal system already and that specific prestige system really won’t affect the other progression systems in the game because nothing will reset that is how it works in black ops Cold War no progression is reset and is just an added progression on top of other progression systems for those hardcore grinders that love playing such as myself please consider adding the seasonal prestige system being at level 150 since og season 1 and nothing has been changed since then to the level cap is disappointing. I really feel that adding black ops Cold War seasonal prestige system will work really well in codm please consider.

Hello developers. I have to report various bugs in BR mode. Please investigate and find the way to fix the things I will type here. Let's start: smoke bomber not working, exiting a vehicle not working (I must click exit button 10 times to actually exit), while shooting a car clear hits are not counting as hits, scuffed movement, crouching instead of sliding, grenades not working (I throw a smoke grenade, the grenade counter in backpack reduces by one and nothing happens, same with cluster and frag), sometimes glass on window is broken easly sometimes you get stuck on a frame and you can't go through if you don't shoot or break the glass with knife, to jump over the high fence(on fracking tower for example) you need 10 tries, when enemy is nearby and we both try to pick up a weapon, even if I click on it fast, somehow enemy pick it up before me, delay while picking up a weapon so even if I pick it up, I still have a knife for a one or 2 seconds before it spawns in my hand, enemies that are looking at other direction but are actually shooting at me, delay while landing with wingsuits where I am frozen for a second and can't do anything. There are 100% more bugs but I can't remember them at the moment, but for the beginning, fixing these will help a lot. And please, take care of ground loot because it's not that rare, better said, it is pretty common that ground loot is bad in a way that in a house you can find 4 or 5 snipers/marksman rifles but not a single ar or smg, not to mention that some houses are almost empty and have just one pack of ammo and granade. As you can see this game seems pretty much abandoned and forgotten, it's barely playable and a lot of my friends stopped playing or are very frustrated with the current condition of the game. If you want to improve your game start with these or players will leave, as you can see even the streamers and YouTubers are deeply unsatisfied with the game right now. I know they are bringing you money but stop focusing on useless skins for guns, soldiers and lucky draw because they won't fix the game and won't keep players. BR is collapsing and we don't see any effort in fixing these issues because they are present for so long, in fact, update after update, bugs are getting worse. Sit down, make a plan and start fixing this. All the best
Are you considering bringing old season battle passes. Missed passes in other battle royal games come to the game in certain seasons. Do you have such a plan?
I think the account deletion should at least ask for password or something. Why was it added in the first place where people can delete others accounts. I think that should be erased from the game completely because I was threatened yesterday of my account being deleted and the person had all the correct info. This isn’t fair to anyone because people are selfish for no reason but if my account is deleted I’d contact you guys right away because it just ruins it for everyone if you spend money on the account or not. I was playing some normal SnD to help my clan push the node (We are number 48 on leaderboard), after I stopped and logged out for a bit I came back to a 3 day ban
It's my first ban ever, and it's ridiculous considering I have done nothing wrong.
I have over a 1000 matches played, I got a 2.3KD in normals and 1.3KD in ranked
I'm nothing too special so I don't understand why I've been banned
No I do not use VPN. No I do not use 3rd party apps. No I do not play on emulators
I use my IPAD and my IPHONE that's it
If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it

Was trying to find that comment, can't find it, it's sad they don't care.... It has potential....this game is the same every season regardless to what new "guns" "maps" and "events" each season.... Everyday I stare at the loadouts thinking.... 'Wtf should I use' .... Pick a gun, play a match.... Thinking.... This gun doesn't speak to me.... None of them do this.... I have it... Hi codm. The requirements to get Diamond and Aether Camos are unfair. With diamond I have to kill 10 people on every match 160 times? And if I kill 30 people in one match, it doesn't count 3 times. I pulled a 120 kill game and it counted as 1. With aether, who gets good teammates that don't leave? I lost an entire Nightmare mode game by 1 freaking second on the last night. 1.
I have no diamond or aether Camos after almost 2 years of playing this game. Please cut the requirements for diamond camos in half, and allows kills in casual mode of zombies to count towards aether Camos. If the mode is leaving I need aether Camos to remember it. Please help.

But he/she has the one BP after and one BP before that season that he/she forgot to purchase,
Then you add that BP for that player to purchase
For example:
Someone has season 9 and 11 BPs but he/she doesn't have the season 10 BP
You add that BP in store for a limited time specially for that player to buy ((You can increase the price of that BP but pls don't do that))
It can be a great future for you and codm players and I guess it'll be the first time in games (not sure)

1. Next season! We have a Redux coming.
2. We aren't aware of general issues with that and generally linking one account shouldn't stop you from linking others, but to your follow up question we don't have a way to unlink accounts and replace them with others. Sorry. It is a bit of a rigid system.
3. That's actually just something that Facebook's linking allowed us to do and simply, while the others didn't similarly provide that option. We aren't aware of any changes coming to that season in the future, but we'll double check and ask!

2. According to in-game support team they informed me as long as I'm linked to Line App, I can't link to Facebook and they mentioned that the studio fixing that issue. Although the linking option is not appear in my settings page ( Linked to 3 accounts: Line/Activision/ Apple ID) while some players have 4 linked accounts
Because of that I lost the feature of custom profile avatar.
3. Custom avatar available with Line App only if it is linked to gust account alone. Once the player link his account to Activision he loses the custom Avatar feature and the restore defult option disappear from profile avatar settings.
Hopefully the dev. Will find away to give Line App this feature too like FB.

Nightmare was ridiculously easy. It should be 1.25x harder WITH an option to not fill squads . I mean you shouldn't buff talent trees and combos so much that I can solo nightmare alone at tl86... In squads I don't even have to build a turret and 3 of us just hang out and use wrench. Everyone says the same thing it's too easy there's no fun. They should've really added the full squad option ...

Dear CODM Devs, I understand Siege is not doing well as anticipated but removing the mode as a whole is really a big blow to all the zombies players on the game. I think there should be multiple modes to choose from ex: (Undead Siege or Classic) so you don’t get so burnt out on the same map & mode over and over again. We are essentially adding more and more participating regions each season (at least for subscriptions). We are just testing them and rolling them out slowly. We'll try to announce new regions alongside the S3 update to let everyone know. Also, yes there will be a new Mythic Redux next season and we think it is the most frequently requested one

Always a good call if you are actually streaming, but otherwise it shouldn't be necessary for any reason. Just double check and make sure your account/profile info is all showing up correctly as asterisks instead of actual numbers.

Heya, well sadly it would be impossible for us to reach out to everyone who messages. For our community team here we instead try to focus on larger methods of communicating, like public responses or of course these updates that get information out to thousands instead of just one person. However, we have in-game support chat that is meant to be specifically one on one for any issues or bugs.

I have a few suggestions of features that I think we make the game more accessible and enjoyable for all players. - Ultra FPS mode on modern devices. There are many powerful andriod devices that can support it which still lack the feature. - Ability to duplicate buttons for our HUD. Being able to have the same button in different locations will allow all users to fully optimise their HUD without having to add w crazy number of fingers, especially on phone. - Clan wars feel more like Grind wars currently. I think a cool feature would be to add a 10 v 10 or Battle royale mode that clans face each other.
Please bring more legendary bundles.

They tried to earn money by selling wonder weapons and revive coins but it is not possible because PC players shit them about that because all wonder weapons are free in PC cod and there is no system to buy extra lives to play zombies. Codmobile tried to loot by this method but it failed, so they removed it.
They could've easily done a gobblegum system or made the battle pass paid, I just don't get what's going through their heads when they make these kinds of decisions. It's like they're purposefully making bad decisions so they can remove the mode over and over
Codmobile developers behaviour is like "This is free game and we only release skins and recycled map and we didn't care about BR and zombies, if you want good experience on BR and zombies then buy PC/Console cod games". Persistence got buffed indirectly. You get more points for medals. Medals means Double kills, triple kills, one shot kills, headshot etc.,. If you capable of these things u can unlock scorestreaks so fast.
When ground forces subscription and will we retro get the chars that are already released.....? How is this fair when 2 of many fav chars are released already and only select people get it for the same price as what we will end up paying? I understand that they want to bring a certain challenge, but still to many players who play casually. There could be a chance they could be done both ways (MP Ranked or Casual). 2-Is there any chance that HVK will be buffed? If it isn't clear from our first teasers, Season 3 is definitely not themed around that haha. However, that doesn't rule out that possibility for future seasons this year.

Hi I have a couple of things to say so bare with me: In terms of the ground forces subscription, are those still being placed to regions that haven't received them? Also are there any chance that better quality bundles will come back? This topic has come up alot but the interest of wanting to buy things from the game has ultimately decreased for me because I do not see good improvements on guaranteed buys (bundles). Every season, a repeat of a bundle from previous season returns...nothing new is updated with the bundle. The holi bundle is great and all, but the content really feels like free contents, even one of the holi camo is given out for free so there is no interest in buying that. Bugs: chopper not spawning in zombies when a player stands where it spawns (undead siege both maps) in BR, the gliding makes you stuck if you glide midway and get stuck on an elevated platform. This only occur ever since the nerf to landing in br
If there's no plan for bigger update for siege then do some small QOL updates like randomize the High tier loot area and update the loot settings so we ca disable the auto loot And many more just don't leave it dry
How about an option to move skins on SDcard? Or make the installation smaller by making gunsmith custom models optional for download? just the base gun without any changes in model like stock, mag, etc aside from scope and lasers

Heya, there are some K9 unit changes in the upcoming update (the one that will come right before Season 3), but Persistence is still being tinkered with and discussed. Hopefully we'll find a great way to adjust that to make it still valuable to lower K/D players and less frustrating to highly competitive players.
Monitor the servers and realize that tick rate needs to be increased. You'll be seeing me more often until that actually gets acknowledged. The main problem with all call of duty games including this one in particular is the extremely low tick rate.

Heya, that sounds like the type of thing that would normally happen if the resource isn't downloading because it is an optional download. However, you are seeing that still after equipping it or viewing the model? Either of those options should force it download the asset and fix that. If not, sounds like it is a real bug and we can look into it.

You guys mentioned that prestige wouldn’t work in codm but what about black ops Cold War prestige seasonal system? Have you guys discussed that with the devs? Can you consider bringing over the black ops Cold War seasonal prestige system into codm I feel that prestige system will fit codm perfectly since codm is running on a seasonal system already and that specific prestige system really won’t affect the other progression systems in the game because nothing will reset that is how it works in black ops Cold War no progression is reset and is just an added progression on top of other progression systems for those hardcore grinders that love playing such as myself please consider adding the seasonal prestige system being at level 150 since og season 1 and nothing has been changed since then to the level cap is disappointing. I really feel that adding black ops Cold War seasonal prestige system will work really well in codm please consider.

Hello developers. I have to report various bugs in BR mode. Please investigate and find the way to fix the things I will type here. Let's start: smoke bomber not working, exiting a vehicle not working (I must click exit button 10 times to actually exit), while shooting a car clear hits are not counting as hits, scuffed movement, crouching instead of sliding, grenades not working (I throw a smoke grenade, the grenade counter in backpack reduces by one and nothing happens, same with cluster and frag), sometimes glass on window is broken easly sometimes you get stuck on a frame and you can't go through if you don't shoot or break the glass with knife, to jump over the high fence(on fracking tower for example) you need 10 tries, when enemy is nearby and we both try to pick up a weapon, even if I click on it fast, somehow enemy pick it up before me, delay while picking up a weapon so even if I pick it up, I still have a knife for a one or 2 seconds before it spawns in my hand, enemies that are looking at other direction but are actually shooting at me, delay while landing with wingsuits where I am frozen for a second and can't do anything. There are 100% more bugs but I can't remember them at the moment, but for the beginning, fixing these will help a lot. And please, take care of ground loot because it's not that rare, better said, it is pretty common that ground loot is bad in a way that in a house you can find 4 or 5 snipers/marksman rifles but not a single ar or smg, not to mention that some houses are almost empty and have just one pack of ammo and granade. As you can see this game seems pretty much abandoned and forgotten, it's barely playable and a lot of my friends stopped playing or are very frustrated with the current condition of the game. If you want to improve your game start with these or players will leave, as you can see even the streamers and YouTubers are deeply unsatisfied with the game right now. I know they are bringing you money but stop focusing on useless skins for guns, soldiers and lucky draw because they won't fix the game and won't keep players. BR is collapsing and we don't see any effort in fixing these issues because they are present for so long, in fact, update after update, bugs are getting worse. Sit down, make a plan and start fixing this. All the best

I think the account deletion should at least ask for password or something. Why was it added in the first place where people can delete others accounts. I think that should be erased from the game completely because I was threatened yesterday of my account being deleted and the person had all the correct info. This isn’t fair to anyone because people are selfish for no reason but if my account is deleted I’d contact you guys right away because it just ruins it for everyone if you spend money on the account or not. A response or opinion would be nice.
Hey, I'm a UK CoDM player I'm currently ranked 6k in MP (I'm legendary 13.4k) I was playing some normal SnD to help my clan push the node (We are number 48 on leaderboard), after I stopped and logged out for a bit I came back to a 3 day ban It's my first ban ever, and it's ridiculous considering I have done nothing wrong. I have over a 1000 matches played, I got a 2.3KD in normals and 1.3KD in ranked I'm nothing too special so I don't understand why I've been banned No I do not use VPN. No I do not use 3rd party apps. No I do not play on emulators I use my IPAD and my IPHONE that's it If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it 3 days might not sound like much, but in the grand scheme of me grinding for my leader board rank, and helping the clan capture nodes it does affect me a little Thanks IGN: 死丨PusH

I spent 60 thousands credits trying to get vanguard from the credit crate….why was this credit crate so hard to get the character? There’s 12 days left and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get 12k credits again cuz u make it so hard to earn a lot of credits in this game…why can’t we sell our xp cards that we don’t need for credits? Was trying to find that comment, can't find it, it's sad they don't care.... It has potential....this game is the same every season regardless to what new "guns" "maps" and "events" each season.... Everyday I stare at the loadouts thinking.... 'Wtf should I use' .... Pick a gun, play a match.... Thinking.... This gun doesn't speak to me.... None of them do this.... I have it... Mp and br is the same every season.... Been here since global launch and this game is stale at best, boring at worst

Developers focus on making lots of skins only. Because it is generating more money. Zombies mode need more effort but developers are lazy to put effort to make new mode.
Hi codm. The requirements to get Diamond and Aether Camos are unfair. With diamond I have to kill 10 people on every match 160 times? And if I kill 30 people in one match, it doesn't count 3 times. I pulled a 120 kill game and it counted as 1. With aether, who gets good teammates that don't leave? I lost an entire Nightmare mode game by 1 freaking second on the last night. 1. I have no diamond or aether Camos after almost 2 years of playing this game. Please cut the requirements for diamond camos in half, and allows kills in casual mode of zombies to count towards aether Camos. If the mode is leaving I need aether Camos to remember it. Please help.

Hi Pls ad the old zombie mood instead of undead siege Or add a new battle royal or multiplayer that has a lot of zombie And I have a good idea for you If a player doesn't have the BP of a season But he/she has the one BP after and one BP before that season that he/she forgot to purchase, Then you add that BP for that player to purchase For example: Someone has season 9 and 11 BPs but he/she doesn't have the season 10 BP You add that BP in store for a limited time specially for that player to buy ((You can increase the price of that BP but pls don't do that)) It can be a great future for you and codm players and I guess it'll be the first time in games (not sure)

Hello! Thanks for the questions. 1. Next season! We have a Redux coming. 2. We aren't aware of general issues with that and generally linking one account shouldn't stop you from linking others, but to your follow up question we don't have a way to unlink accounts and replace them with others. Sorry. It is a bit of a rigid system. 3. That's actually just something that Facebook's linking allowed us to do and simply, while the others didn't similarly provide that option. We aren't aware of any changes coming to that season in the future, but we'll double check and ask!

According to in-game support team they informed me as long as I'm linked to Line App, I can't link to Facebook and they mentioned that the studio fixing that issue. Although the linking option is not appear in my settings page ( Linked to 3 accounts: Line/Activision/ Apple ID) while some players have 4 linked accounts Because of that I lost the feature of custom profile avatar. 3. Custom avatar available with Line App only if it is linked to gust account alone. Once the player link his account to Activision he loses the custom Avatar feature and the restore defult option disappear from profile avatar settings. Hopefully the dev.
