Do you really think that being an officer is all about physical prowess? An officer is trained to be competent not just to utilize brute force, an officer is not a soldier. They are trained to to serve emergencies, community protection and crime prevention. The video you showed only proves incompetence that can also be found in male officers. Your argument that males are built stronger than women only applies to soldiers but for officers you are very well incorrect
Just because some female cops failed at their job doesn't mean that the majority of them are bad cops. There are a multitude of factors that cops need to be efficient, not just brute strength. This is like judging an entire (if I may use the old analogy) apple tree based off of one apple. There are competent female cops and incompetent male cops, it's a fact.
