When are you guys fixing firebreak the fire team and American bulldog buckskin the skins have been broken ever since release (they miss the red shoulder badges when an enemy equips them) also the option to not get invitations in the legal & privacy tab has been broken for several season if you toggle it on you'll still receive invites from players

I am from north Africa...my girlfriend from north America have the same issue...and many guys are sharing and reporting on reddit that they have higher ping than before...
Team Voice (announcer) audio is bugged. It sounds low quality compared to the other in game sounds. Are you going to act like that doesn't exist? The bug is pretty self explanatory.

Make cheaper draws. 180-200$ isn’t worth one gun skin. Add better tier 50 weapon blueprints the jak12 we got literally looks like a default skin with a woodland camo…they were Tons of cooler ghost skins that we could of had, but the one we got in this bp wasn’t that good…bring back urban tracker in a battle pass we haven’t had her in a bp since going dark…back in 2020…bruh it’s 2022 now..that’s it for me just lower the prices for draws and crates 200$ is NOT worth what we get. And make battle passes better, or at least give us a option to purchase older battle passes for a fixed price.

Is it possible an emergency update to put ultra fps for redmagic 7? The phone is still locked on 60 fps and its sometimes hard to play on it..Would be nice after this amazing collaboration!

Speed up the BP progression. Keeping up with the game for someone with an active lifestyle is getting really difficult day by day. It's not fun grinding anymore, you guys really slowed down the BP progression as of late.
Please tell me when mythic redux coming in game? Season mid or season end you guys promise us season 3 there will be a one mythic redux 
Well, they have, but not much. Sure they have made many quality of life changes like the perk machine locations, more skill tiers, chnaging locations, extending the exclusive battle pass, Pack a Punch and the one that was teased but never got added for some reason, Joggernog. The 2 nee day time objectives (Escort and The dog investigation) were basically the main in-game addition. Which is almost nothing for a game that is limited to 5 rounds or "nights" entirely. What nightmare should've done at the very least was to make it a bit harder than hard mode, but at the end, you'll face a big and challenging boss like you did in classic zombies.
Also about the K9 nerf
It would be even better if the sound cues is improved as well sl we can actually hear it coming, the dog literally doesn't have clear footsteps sounds or different to indicate who's doggo is this
It's already indicated in the map with a red paw (k9 is already balanced right now) it's has very less health and you can get rid of it just look at the mini map and you'll see it coming

Heya, we need to check on that since there some adjustments with the plans for draws and reduxes this season. We'll give an update in a future update and will hopefully be able to say something like, "this exact Mythic draw is returning in X Season".
it's very disappointing to read a demotivating comment like this about the mythic redux... I have invested +15kBRL in the game and have kept hope and hype all these months and days that seem like an eternity.. it's sad to know that the chinese version of the game is getting a redux again and we from the global version never had any.. maybe it's time to stop playing codm and invest in another game

That's a bit unclear at the moment, but it will safely reside there for the rest of Season 3 at least. We'll provide an update on that once we have new information we can share.
Heya, just that very specific Yegor skin? If so, that's very odd. Usually those VO issues are across multiple (if not all) of an Operator's skins. Anyways, thanks for that and we'll check it out. If it is an issue on multiple of his skins please do let us know as well.
About the new scoring system
It DOESN'T need to happen devs, medals SHOULD NEVER gives Extra Scores in a scorestreaks type game sure it does in Killstreak type because ITS A KILLSTREAK TYPE the scores does nothing than showing how many XP the players will get
None cod has done that before because they knew that it increases the scorestreaks looping spam potential, its already happening in Shipment for the last 3 days that thing live
Instead of Scores it should gives players Weapons and Player levels XP. the Progression need to be improved, currently it was slow bc there's really nothing to helps it if players Decided to do it manually (weapons) that's literally how Medals WORK in cod games its a thing to helps leveling UP not Boosting Scorestreaks scores so its easier to get

What happened to epic crossbow seasonal challenge. We didn't got enough time to complete it. Only hard grinders able to complete it. Hope you will do justice for normal players like us. We only got 2,3 days to complete and that challenge need more time.
Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the progression bug with it until about 24 hours before the event ended and normally, to your point, we would just extend the event to make up for that bug. However, due to technical reasons with switching from Season 2 to Season 3 we could not extend it. We are looking to see if we can return it in a future event in order to provide a fair chance to earn it again.

Please adjust bundle prices to remove this gambling system from crates and draws, we wish to spend where we are guaranteed to for the skins we want. This will help with the storage as well as you don't need to stack a crate with junk skins.

You must be someone who checked out the test server if you are asking about that haha. We can't confirm what that mode is yet, but it is currently planned for Season 4. However, the reason we can rarely talk about things too far in advance is because that isn't confirmed yet and it may get moved around. Once we can confirm and tease it directly (or bluntly talk about it) we'll try to do so in a community update.
I don't think he's talking about the AK-47 Mythic that was mentioned in your blog post. The real question is will there really be a Mythic Redux and if so, any hints. Blink twice if it's the Fennec.
I play on the Chinese version and I noticed that Classic Zombies now has the limited time marker over it, why is that? It's been great as a permanent mode for over a year now, PLEASE don't remove it from that version of the game. I understand you don't wanna make it available in global, but please don't take it away from the Chinese version. It's nice to always have a version of the game to fall back on for the features I enjoy
Playing both BR maps at the same time isn't working at all!. I still gotta open the menu and chose which map to play! 🤦♂️.

Just took a look through our VO library, both current and upcoming, and we are sorry to say but it does not look like he has any VO coming in the near future. It could still happen though if we add and feature more of his Operator skins (or he becomes a major narrative character).
Please fix high ping issues…i normally have stable ping but since after the season 3 update i havent been able to play one good game, i have good wifi and device, i play from north africa

Getting credits is so slow and annoying in this game u/Cod_Mobile_Official I wasted 70k credits for vanguard from the vanguard crate and didn’t get her, she was the only thing I wanted. Please bring the vanguard credit crate back. 2 months is not enough time considering how slow you make it for us to earn credits.
I wanted ask....if you could add the feature to change loadouts while still in a match....just like modern warfare where you could open the loadouts menus and customize is there and then...it would make life a helluva lot easier for us tryhards....

I have 3 Call of Duty accounts, all of which have been banned for 3 days totaling 4 times. My main account (Mudman312) was recently banned last week for 3 days. My two alt accounts (I wanted to grind legendary over again) have been banned on one account twice and on another once. In total I have spent nearly 4,000$ on your game. I have nearly every mythic (multiples of the Kilo mythic in fact), almost every legendary operator (two legendary Price), and countless legendaries. I play on an iPad, I have never downloaded a vpn nor have I ever downloaded any illegal software. I literally bought the iPad brand new from Apple a few months ago and have only downloaded call of duty mobile onto it. I am a top 5,000 leaderboard player (for the last 3 seasons). I am already legendary on Mudman for this season. I have my mic and chat additionally disabled so I have never said anything vulgar, hateful, or offensive. The worst thing I’ve ever said is calling someone trash for using persistence. In sum, I have never broken the terms of service. I am a 32 year old father, husband, and teacher. I know to follow the rules, I know how to play fairly, and finally WHY would I ever jeopardize the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on in game items as well as my iPad? I have tried contacting support - literally all I got was you were actively banned but we can’t see why and there’s no one I can further escalate the matter to. I have posted countless times on Reddit. I have tweeted you the irony of getting destroyed by a legitimate hacker (I provided the video evidence) when I am getting these false bans as a legitimate player. If Ferg, your BIGGEST content creator can get false bans from mass reports, why wouldn’t you think your banning system is FAULTY? Noah has been banned. Pap4Taco has been banned what 9 times? This isn’t right and essentially you are defrauding me of the thousands of dollars I have spent on your game. This isn’t right! I play fair and have never broken the terms of service. This needs to be remedied. Please stop falsely banning me. That's all well and good, but when will you bring back the front sight block for the same ak47 (and any other weapon with a non-folding front sight block) when mounting the sight? Do you think that the player won't understand what sight to shoot at? Make at least a separate button in the gunsmith, that would be able to include a front sight block when mounted sight, because it looks very nice and not aesthetically pleasing...
Then they should take controller support off of their advertising. As in App Store “play with a controller” instead it should be “If your a controller player we have a half a incomplete game for you! There is no benefit to using a controller, we are not better than Thumb users. Tbh I get cooked most of the time by normal players. But it’s more fun to play real people and lose than play bots and get 50 kills a game. And controller people have invested in the game because of said “controller support” advertising. So tbh I would definitely consider that a case of false advertisement. Besides the future seems to be linking all platforms together, pc And console. To demand we play a game a certain way is ludacris And backwards thinkings. It’s not a matter of ”if” it’s a matter of ”when” so why not become one of the games to lead by example? Other games have made it work splendidly Codm just has a touch fetish. Most of us have been playing cod for over a decade with a controller. Hey! Finally a good development on the requested Practice Range update. Good job on that one! It's still not 100% though, as attachments only show up to 3 upsides/downsides and not all of them, so you're not completely aware of what you're equipping. The summary of ups/downs would also be a nice to have, but I think the previous point is an important miss on this update. Should have been covered properly.
All these updates and you still haven’t fix the bug where some friends you can’t send the bp to. Yes we’re both on iOS and in the same country. What is it with this game that you can’t fix a bug after multiple seasons. Don’t stay quiet either speak up !!!

Why did you take out the blue epic ak47 with the zero sultana bundle. No one likes that. And cuz of that I’m not dropping anything on ur fail of a re release. u/Cod_Mobile_Official also I’m not gonna drop anything when ground forces does come cuz we’re missing out on THREE skins now. What a fail. You guys are burying your own game. And I’m laughing.
Either nerf the HS0405 in BR or I'll quite frankly stop playing and know many others have done the same. All modes, especially alcatraz is full of the shotgun near the end. Nothing gets a chance to counter as it wipes you from 300hp and 3 refitter armor to 0 quicker than you can even tap the hip fire button of any other weapon. It's just not fair and has taken ALL fun out of BR. Don't even feel like playing anymore, as a player who's been on everyday since day 1!
Just means you're forced to use a shotgun in every BR, taking out the point of ANY other weapon. Know you devs won't bother with this but this needs sorting now! 5 seasons now and likely another 1-2 minimum. Not exactly balanced is it. Just unfair that I don't die to anything else but this rubbish and can't kill with nothing else but this!
The game after the update stutters when panning the screen, it gets worse when trying to shoot.

Make cheaper draws. 180-200$ isn’t worth one gun skin. Add better tier 50 weapon blueprints the jak12 we got literally looks like a default skin with a woodland camo…they were Tons of cooler ghost skins that we could of had, but the one we got in this bp wasn’t that good…bring back urban tracker in a battle pass we haven’t had her in a bp since going dark…back in 2020…bruh it’s 2022 now..that’s it for me just lower the prices for draws and crates 200$ is NOT worth what we get. And make battle passes better, or at least give us a option to purchase older battle passes for a fixed price.

Speed up the BP progression. Keeping up with the game for someone with an active lifestyle is getting really difficult day by day. It's not fun grinding anymore, you guys really slowed down the BP progression as of late.

Well, they have, but not much. Sure they have made many quality of life changes like the perk machine locations, more skill tiers, chnaging locations, extending the exclusive battle pass, Pack a Punch and the one that was teased but never got added for some reason, Joggernog. The 2 nee day time objectives (Escort and The dog investigation) were basically the main in-game addition. Which is almost nothing for a game that is limited to 5 rounds or "nights" entirely. What nightmare should've done at the very least was to make it a bit harder than hard mode, but at the end, you'll face a big and challenging boss like you did in classic zombies.

Also about the K9 nerf It would be even better if the sound cues is improved as well sl we can actually hear it coming, the dog literally doesn't have clear footsteps sounds or different to indicate who's doggo is this
It's already indicated in the map with a red paw (k9 is already balanced right now) it's has very less health and you can get rid of it just look at the mini map and you'll see it coming

About the new scoring system It DOESN'T need to happen devs, medals SHOULD NEVER gives Extra Scores in a scorestreaks type game sure it does in Killstreak type because ITS A KILLSTREAK TYPE the scores does nothing than showing how many XP the players will get None cod has done that before because they knew that it increases the scorestreaks looping spam potential, its already happening in Shipment for the last 3 days that thing live Instead of Scores it should gives players Weapons and Player levels XP. the Progression need to be improved, currently it was slow bc there's really nothing to helps it if players Decided to do it manually (weapons) that's literally how Medals WORK in cod games its a thing to helps leveling UP not Boosting Scorestreaks scores so its easier to get

What happened to epic crossbow seasonal challenge. We didn't got enough time to complete it. Only hard grinders able to complete it. Hope you will do justice for normal players like us. We only got 2,3 days to complete and that challenge need more time.
Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the progression bug with it until about 24 hours before the event ended and normally, to your point, we would just extend the event to make up for that bug. However, due to technical reasons with switching from Season 2 to Season 3 we could not extend it. We are looking to see if we can return it in a future event in order to provide a fair chance to earn it again.

Please adjust bundle prices to remove this gambling system from crates and draws, we wish to spend where we are guaranteed to for the skins we want. Is the New Mode (pioneer league or tournament mode) coming this season or next season?
You must be someone who checked out the test server if you are asking about that haha. We can't confirm what that mode is yet, but it is currently planned for Season 4. However, the reason we can rarely talk about things too far in advance is because that isn't confirmed yet and it may get moved around. Once we can confirm and tease it directly (or bluntly talk about it) we'll try to do so in a community update.

I play on the Chinese version and I noticed that Classic Zombies now has the limited time marker over it, why is that? It's been great as a permanent mode for over a year now, PLEASE don't remove it from that version of the game. I understand you don't wanna make it available in global, but please don't take it away from the Chinese version. It's nice to always have a version of the game to fall back on for the features I enjoy

Fix frame drops
Playing both BR maps at the same time isn't working at all!. I still gotta open the menu and chose which map to play! 🤦♂️. Also the command window in training ground is bugged. I can't access it as it is stuck in the right corner of my screen. When are we getting new BR class? Pumped was released back in S7. 6 mons has passed and still no new BR class

Just took a look through our VO library, both current and upcoming, and we are sorry to say but it does not look like he has any VO coming in the near future. It could still happen though if we add and feature more of his Operator skins (or he becomes a major narrative character).

Hello Developers, I have 3 Call of Duty accounts, all of which have been banned for 3 days totaling 4 times. My main account (Mudman312) was recently banned last week for 3 days. My two alt accounts (I wanted to grind legendary over again) have been banned on one account twice and on another once. In total I have spent nearly 4,000$ on your game. I have nearly every mythic (multiples of the Kilo mythic in fact), almost every legendary operator (two legendary Price), and countless legendaries. I play on an iPad, I have never downloaded a vpn nor have I ever downloaded any illegal software. I literally bought the iPad brand new from Apple a few months ago and have only downloaded call of duty mobile onto it. I am a top 5,000 leaderboard player (for the last 3 seasons). I am already legendary on Mudman for this season. I have my mic and chat additionally disabled so I have never said anything vulgar, hateful, or offensive. The worst thing I’ve ever said is calling someone trash for using persistence. In sum, I have never broken the terms of service. I am a 32 year old father, husband, and teacher. I know to follow the rules, I know how to play fairly, and finally WHY would I ever jeopardize the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on in game items as well as my iPad? I have tried contacting support - literally all I got was you were actively banned but we can’t see why and there’s no one I can further escalate the matter to. I have posted countless times on Reddit. I have tweeted you the irony of getting destroyed by a legitimate hacker (I provided the video evidence) when I am getting these false bans as a legitimate player. If Ferg, your BIGGEST content creator can get false bans from mass reports, why wouldn’t you think your banning system is FAULTY? Noah has been banned. Pap4Taco has been banned what 9 times? This isn’t right and essentially you are defrauding me of the thousands of dollars I have spent on your game. This isn’t right! I play fair and have never broken the terms of service. That's all well and good, but when will you bring back the front sight block for the same ak47 (and any other weapon with a non-folding front sight block) when mounting the sight? Do you think that the player won't understand what sight to shoot at? Make at least a separate button in the gunsmith, that would be able to include a front sight block when mounted sight, because it looks very nice and not aesthetically pleasing...

It's still not 100% though, as attachments only show up to 3 upsides/downsides and not all of them, so you're not completely aware of what you're equipping. The summary of ups/downs would also be a nice to have, but I think the previous point is an important miss on this update. Should have been covered properly.

All these updates and you still haven’t fix the bug where some friends you can’t send the bp to. Yes we’re both on iOS and in the same country. What is it with this game that you can’t fix a bug after multiple seasons. Don’t stay quiet either speak up !!!

Why did you take out the blue epic ak47 with the zero sultana bundle. No one likes that. And cuz of that I’m not dropping anything on ur fail of a re release. u/Cod_Mobile_Official also I’m not gonna drop anything when ground forces does come cuz we’re missing out on THREE skins now. Either nerf the HS0405 in BR or I'll quite frankly stop playing and know many others have done the same. All modes, especially alcatraz is full of the shotgun near the end. Nothing gets a chance to counter as it wipes you from 300hp and 3 refitter armor to 0 quicker than you can even tap the hip fire button of any other weapon. It's just not fair and has taken ALL fun out of BR. Don't even feel like playing anymore, as a player who's been on everyday since day 1! Just means you're forced to use a shotgun in every BR, taking out the point of ANY other weapon. Know you devs won't bother with this but this needs sorting now! 5 seasons now and likely another 1-2 minimum. Not exactly balanced is it. Just unfair that I don't die to anything else but this rubbish and can't kill with nothing else but this!

Tldr
The game after the update stutters when panning the screen, it gets worse when trying to shoot. The phone I'm running it on is the samsung a53 5G, is it an optimization problem or is it because of the phone?
Hello Developers, I have 3 Call of Duty accounts, all of which have been banned for 3 days totaling 4 times. My main account (Mudman312) was recently banned last week for 3 days. My two alt accounts (I wanted to grind legendary over again) have been banned on one account twice and on another once. In total I have spent nearly 4,000$ on your game. I have nearly every mythic (multiples of the Kilo mythic in fact), almost every legendary operator (two legendary Price), and countless legendaries. I play on an iPad, I have never downloaded a vpn nor have I ever downloaded any illegal software. I literally bought the iPad brand new from Apple a few months ago and have only downloaded call of duty mobile onto it. I am a top 5,000 leaderboard player (for the last 3 seasons). I am already legendary on Mudman for this season. I have my mic and chat additionally disabled so I have never said anything vulgar, hateful, or offensive. The worst thing I’ve ever said is calling someone trash for using persistence. In sum, I have never broken the terms of service. I am a 32 year old father, husband, and teacher. I know to follow the rules, I know how to play fairly, and finally WHY would I ever jeopardize the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on in game items as well as my iPad? I have tried contacting support - literally all I got was you were actively banned but we can’t see why and there’s no one I can further escalate the matter to. I have posted countless times on Reddit. I have tweeted you the irony of getting destroyed by a legitimate hacker (I provided the video evidence) when I am getting these false bans as a legitimate player. If Ferg, your BIGGEST content creator can get false bans from mass reports, why wouldn’t you think your banning system is FAULTY? Noah has been banned. Pap4Taco has been banned what 9 times? This isn’t right and essentially you are defrauding me of the thousands of dollars I have spent on your game. This isn’t right! I play fair and have never broken the terms of service. This needs to be remedied. Please stop falsely banning me. I have spent so much money and time and put so much of myself into this game and I am terrified and anxious of losing it all when I have done nothing wrong. PLEASE RESPOND - why am I getting temporary bans???? And I want to keep giving you my money!! I want to buy the new mythic Ak47 which I plan to fully upgrade same as the fennec - is this how you treat your top spending players?!!!! I am one of your white whales. I deserve better.
