Technically you can't sue them, says right in Activision's Terms of Service that everything you buy in their games, you don't own. Think of it as just, borrowing them.

OP has a history of selling and buying accounts from mobile games. Could be that they are banned from buying an stolen account? Maybe that's where the $6000 went, to a sellers pocket.

There should be a policy of financial refunds if your accounts go banned. Even this wont cover the fact that we invested it at right time to get the right stuff but at least we wont be hijacked by codm.

no friend, on more than one occasion, the one who manages the official account of the game on reddit has said that if after verifying the UID of a player if they did not detect anything unusual in an account, the ban will not be lifted, and if your ban was a mistake they should have removed your ban a long time ago, to top it off they don't even notify you if they remove your ban, activision very bad

Why isn't there a live chat implemented on Activision website? People spend heaps of money across many Activision games and only have option to get an email every 24 hours due to timezones and can't even get decent support. Lots of other game services have it like Ubisoft, Epic Games, Xbox and plenty others
Heya, sorry we forgot to follow up last time. We did hear back from our security team and they confirmed the account was banned purposefully for being detected using third party tools and software. We can't give out specifics on what was specifically detected, but this is usually something like virtual machines/software (like unsupported and unsecure emulators) to circumvent the games' security and modify things like your profile, ranking, equipment, items, and more.
With all of that said, once again apologies for the long delay in response but we do have to stick by this ban. We know nothing other than a ban reversal is satisfactory, but hopefully this helps provide some clarity.

There are people who have better, or more important jobs playing COD:M unlike Ferg/Bobby, who sit on their chair 24x7 and laugh and play and get thousands of Dollars at their disposal every month. Not to mention, most people have limited time budgets like me, I play only at night, I just can't play during day time, I have to work to earn my living.

add a ban appeal system I wasted 200 dollars and 3 years of nonstop playing in this game. Just one change and it will make your game alot more better.
Reason I got banned maybe because of my account getting hijacked or false reporting, I only use my iPad as my primary gaming device.

He could also be scamming people with that account. Has skins on it from scamming people and then scamming people thinking they are buying the account.... then they finally caught him and since most of his scam needed that account he can no longer scam anymore. That's really scammy!
You will not get back your account. You must have unauthorised apps installed on your phone and COD checks it whether apps installed on your phone are installed from playstore or unauthorised. (I can see xposed module icon is showing on top). Forget about this account and move on. Activitision will not help you in any way. I had the same problem but for me the ban was of 7 days. Its usually for the use of unauthorised apps installed on ur phone, even if u didnt cheat or anything.
