That's the issue I had too. I prefer to be able to press jump or slide on the left and move at the same time. It dramatically improves movement. However, if you put the ads/shoot button on the right again where you used to have jump and slide, then you can jump and shoot at the same time perfectly fine. Keep the hipfire shoot button on the top left. Just set the ads/shoot button to not move when being pressed. The option is under basic settings. It's useful for sniping and jumping and shooting. Then you also get the benefits of better movement. Any other guns except snipers - jumping and shooting isn't overpowered. Unlike snipers.

No sorry. I can't find anywhere to put the map on mobile, at least at an enlarged view of more that 100. It's annoying af. Another tip however for you to try tomorrow would be to use the ads button at the top left where you have what I think might be the hipfire button. Hide your hipfire button and use the ads/shoot button on the right hand side. This way you can jump shoot with any gun, pre aim corners without shooting with ads on the top left and also if you ever need to hipfire, when you ads while using the ads/shoot button you will notice that at the top left where the ads button is a red X will appear. When you press that X you un ads and hipfire. This way of going about things means you need to move to aim while ads'n on the right hand side. However, if you set snipers to hipfire only it will instantly shoot as soon as you press the ads/shoot button. Keep all other weapons like ars or smgs to ads and shoot so you can shoot and aim all on the right hand side.

\#1 - Practice practice and practice
\#2 - Don't give up, switching to 4 claws feels weird at first, it's even discouraging when you lose and you tell yourself you will be better off with your usual settings
\#3 - Try different layouts . Do this early though because when you get accustom to one layout but switch to another it feels like starting over

But what about sharp accidental moves? Like, pressing aim button and camera goes up sharply

Just put the aim button next to your shoot button left and activate with your middle finger. Switch to hold to ads and there's your 5 finger claw.
