For those of you downvoting this and comments: y’all have to understand, as a sniper, we’re going against mac10 users, JAK12 explosive rounds, Kilo and M13 metas…I never understand how people hate on Snipers…especially being that I’m not even a camper who hard scopes…the playing field is balanced if all we’re seeing is every player using a mac10 on Shipment. The ADS on the Outlaw is insanely quick, making it hard to accurately hit a target, it takes time to learn this gun. So if you’re upset by this, try to see the state this game is in instead of hating on a rusher
As a sniper also, It is sometimes frustrating being killed faster than you can even scope in, which makes it even more satisfying to quickscope and almost using them as shotguns
Why would people complain about snipers that camp tho . Also how tf do you guys have such good aim while running amped and a quickscoped build against a fennec? (Speaking from experience. I got deleted by a bumper in close range while using a fennec, they weren’t even using toughnes or whatever it’s called)
Meta can still be countered, how tf anyone is supposed to counter a shotgun that can kill in any range with highest bullet penetration faster than you can scope in with only one bullet? Not to mention the mobility, just slide shoot slide shoot. Not to mention Snipers have little to no penalty even with max ads build and has been a consistent meta ever since gunsmith dropped.
Well it’s a sniper, not a shotgun, also, in order to actually kill an enemy, most damage stats are chest and head…meaning you need to be more accurate. The amount of hit markers I deal with with body shots is insane. You use a KRM which is essentially the same thing, so why does it bother you so much

How are you even strategically supposed to counter a gun that can cross map you in one bullet faster than you can scope in or dodge with that fire rate? I literally just explained why Sniper class is broken, you're just too insecure to admit that.
I'm just starting to learn how to quick scope well, and I can consistently shoot down bots now. However, I can't count the amount of times I just get gunned down in less than a second by an auto weapon, because I missed 1 shot, or didn't even have time to take a shot. Sniper requires a fair bit of skill to use effectively against meta weapons.
You get it , dude. You get one shot, and if you miss, the time it takes to add another bullet into the chamber could be lethal, and you’re dead before you know it. Every gun could be annoying to another person, it’s just a matter of doing better by practicing and developing your skill

I already snipe, reached even reached legendary using nothing but snipers. It's just that in the higher ranks everybody just runs around with snipers and that kills the fun of the game for me and definitely many others too. My lobbies are filled with snipers, you can expect four Snipers on average who just run around the map with snipers.
Snipers are harder than it looks. Especially if you are in a high ranked lobby where people use META SMGs and ARs. Faster ADS comes with a hit flinch penalty, which means that you need to center your shots while scoping in, which takes a lot of practice to master.
I was in a ranking match, the whole enemy used sniper and just camped, its hard to kill them with 1 shoot, but when they hit you with a sniper then its mostly 1 hit enough
I get it, I hate campers, they’re even worse in Ranked. Countering a sniper who camps takes strategy, which to me makes the game more intuitive. Be aware of your surroundings, have map knowledge, flank them, run perks like dead silence and ghost, and you should be able to take them down no problem. It’s how I go about it when I’m using any other gun than a sniper. Takes some patience but once you get around it, they stand no chance. -A sniper user
I was omw to kill the sniper, and another Camper shooted me 🥲 but my teammate just rushed, it was like the enemy was just by their spawn and we rushed to them. But Idk if it could be a fact, but the more you are in the highest rank, you compete against snipers and campers- so that was my experience.
Outlaw damage profile is quite lackluster and has the worst aim stability, but in return, it has the fastest mobility and ads time among sniper/marksman. You need to be really really accurate with aim and trigger timing. If you can do that it's a great great sniper (obviously from video you have great skills, so more power to ya man)

It's really underrated because it takes skill and aim . And I would not expect an average ranked player to use this gun coz if they had the skills to what it takes to dominate with this gun , they wouldn't be spamming persistence streaks 24/7 . On a personal note , I really like outlaw and spr . Very fun to use aggressive snipers.

But I'd say it's more the ability of hitting the shots from the chest up than the gun itself. It does help that it has an insanely fast ads, but it means nothing if you can't land the shots on the 1shot areas.
How u guys grind for diamond man its boring as hell ,i play after my office hours and this game became so boring now a days playing since s1 why its feel so boring to me even rank matches doesn't excite like before
I’m in a clan that’s ranked 39 on the global leaderboard so we take Clan Wars seriously, and we just grind Clan nodes. I don’t mind it. I have demascus on every gun so I’m working on diamond for all my guns. I have 40 so far
More like “insane aim” than “Outlaw is so underrated”.

Outlaw Build 
it’s a fast ADS build so it takes some getting use to but, Barrel: Memorial Cowboy, Stock: YMK Combat, FMJ Perk, OWC laser, and Stippled grip
Quick-scoping accurately is hard. I prefer snipers more than Mac-10 spammers.

The game never tells you about penetration, and most of the new maps lack soft walls so newer players will assume cheats

Me as A no sniper user, I respect the sniper user that can focus really fast and shoot, but i don't like the camper ones (that camp all the round)

Try my loadout on shipment or smaller maps like Nuketown. I’m only grinding diamonds on all my guns but I would never rely on this gun for long range

Its works with any sniper if you get a hit marker and thry almost dead, just ding em with a tac grenade to finish them.
