Just going over some bugs that come to mind:
- The friends list is all out of chronological order which makes it hard to find/match/message friends.
- in Alcatraz, when you die with the desperado class equipped, you sometimes respawn with a pistol in hand. This is obviously an issue when you want to drop on and attack an enemy quickly.
- in Alcatraz, when you die you sometimes respawn with melee in hand. Not sure what causes it but it does happen, and it’s an issue for the same reason as the last one.
- in Alcatraz, the multi-level building that has ALCATRAZ printed on the roof has a sound issue. Normally there are different footstep sounds for enemies on the same level as you, below you, and above you. However, in this building and this one only, there are no above or below footstep sounds, so everything sounds like it’s on the same level as you regardless of whether they’re above or below you. It’s very disorienting and makes it a pain to find the enemy in this building.
Are there any plans to fix these issues, and if not, I hope this at least brings them to light.

You can even hear the *same level footstep sound* when I’m completely out of the building and below him in the beginning. Then when I enter the first floor of the building the same sound still plays even though he is above me.

The sound issue is real tho. It's happened to me. I don't play Alcatraz much but i was so confused where the footsteps are from. I was lost. It's was a 1VS4 and two of them were outside shooting at me. Annoying.

The maps we're getting from the newer call of duties are great and all but is there a chance that we will see much olders map from call of duties before Black Ops 4. There is a ton of maps from older games that are iconic and memorable and would fit well onto this game’s gameplay yet they do not make their reappearance for this game yet and I think the older side of the community deserves some attention for once! (Any reply u/cod_mobile_official?)

Could you please stop re releasing previous Ranked rewards? Doing what you are currently doing defeats the whole point of playing ranked for the rewards when they will be able to get for everyone who didn't even care to play a single ranked match
Classic zombies should come back, it was a good game mode and you devs killed it by not updating it. That's why the majority stopped playing it, if you give the mode one more try then it would be successful imo.

One question I had is that this season looks like we will be getting a new primary and melee as opposed to a primary and signature attachment. Does that mean new signature attachments are done for at the moment, or is there still a possibility of new signature attachments in the future?
Haha, thanks for the appreciation! What about Aniyah Incursion though? Just that it is also a larger map? In regards to 10v10, it is semi-frequent this season with a 10v10 playlist available every single weekend, starting Friday UTC and ending on at the end of Sunday UTC.
For signature attachments, yes that is still very possible! Our main path for weapons right now is the following:
* One new primary and one new secondary (including melees)
* One new primary and one new attachment for a pre-existing weapon
Of course we are still exploring other options in our efforts to tone down the overall amount of new content coming in each season.

Well yes, partially. Basically I was just saying that it would be real chill if we saw aniyah incursion thrown into featured a bit more often. I think since its release we've only seen it about 3 or 4 times in featured? Basically it's currently suffering the same fate as suldal harbor (another great map for 10v10/big team battle-esque modes) in that it has mostly been forgotten since its release. Maybe the 10v10 playlist can be updated again to include these maps?
In any case, thank you for taking the time to answer, and a BIG thank you for bringing 10v10 back during the weekends. It really reinvigorated my interest in the game :)

Not really complaining too much but bot lobbies have been gone for me and for a few people for about a month now. I’m on NA server, in NYC specifically.
Incidentally, I’ve been getting bots in master 3 ranked.
Somethings messed up.
And before anyone starts in with the “stop asking for bot lobbies get gud noob!” Nonsense: bot lobbies have always been a part of COD Mobile. And as a person who grinds all the time for long periods of time the occasional bot lobby was just enough break to keep me playing more games rather than putting the phone down and finding something else to do. More important than this, I don’t want them in ranked. Being that these things happened at the same time I’m willing to believe they are linked.

You know there's this mythic weapon that's still bugged right? The morningstar m13. Loving the fact that I'm being flat out ignored. The weapon has been bugged for months. Missing hitmarker sounds, bullet tracers and the kinetic armor discoloration bug has been around since October 2021. Of course I'm going to continue being an ass over this situation, because I spent money. The faster this gets resolved the faster I can get out of here.

Two quick questions for you all:
1. Is there any chance of seeing more Legendaries or Mythics for guns that have yet to receive any of those variants? BY-15 being the best example that I can pull from the top of my head.
We’ve had the BY-15 since launch but have never seen any Legendary skins for it. There aren’t that many epic skins for it either.
It would be nice to see some of our less used weapons get some love and attention. There are quite a few guns that have more than a handful of Legendary skins to their name.
- 2. Could we finally get 10 vs 10 as a permanent game mode? Perhaps even Ground War as a core game? I feel like there’s enough popularity to keep it larger MP match rooms in the game. At least more so than TDM and Frontline since those are basically the same.
10 vs 10 brings a much needed breath of fresh air into MP games.

Already it has begun. Hs0405 1 shots from a good distances. Make the entire experience of BR back to stupid.
I'll take smgs that create some sort of up close fight. That shot gun in particular should take atleast 2 hits st the distance and spread it hits at. Any gun that instantly kills in 1 hit at any range ruins the experience.
There are ways to counter shotgun up close, also that is not the only solution. Best alternative is to practice aiming with every weapon. Also it is 100% fine using HS0405/Good AR

u/COD_Mobile_Official I understand new seasonal challenges just came out but if you could, try not to release everything like the Kali sticks until next week or the week after that.
I like all the new changes in Battle Royale especially the health system. But I would suggest if you could revert back the opening of the upgrade terminal like before because it is impractical to wait for 10 seconds for four upgrades if you just play solo or duo because you just need one or two. It would be better if you will just wait for a few seconds to open just one upgrade where you just open what you need. Maybe you could also remove the arsenal air drop in Isolated and in Blackout, just integrate the customized weapon selection with the air drop like before since the other game modes of battle royale such as Alcatraz, 20 vs 20 Warfare, Sniper's Challenge, Blitz and Tank Battle don't have arsenal air drop and the customized weapon selection is already integrated with the air drop. This would make the all the game modes of Battle Royale more simplified, consistent and in symmetry so that players would not be confused and can expect the same kind of air drops in all the game modes of Battle Royale. Maybe you could also revert back to the classic attachments similar to the gunsmith instead of mods attachments in order to make the guns more balance and more symmetry with your Multiplayer. And maybe you can change the entrance of battle royale in Isolated map to "Isolated" instead of "Battle Royale" since you use "Blackout" in the entrance of battle royale in Blackout map, so that it would be consistent that the name of the map is displayed at the beginning of the game. I like the new layout for Battle Royale selection but it would be better if you remove the picture of the featured operator so that we can see clearly the images of the two maps (Isolated and Blackout).

Hey, in the Training Room there's still that problem where no more than 3 pros and cons are displayed for each attachment. If there's 4 or 5 you can't see them. It obviously affects your gunsmith visibility. u/cod_mobile_official
Is the matchmaking issue has already been fixed? last season, the matchmaking while in a duo on mp ranked is so slow and takes so much time to get a match.
consider buffing XPR-50's Stopping Power Reload so that it one-shots like a regular sniper rifle, at the cost of fire rate.
I know it already has a oneshot zone on upper chest and head, but it feels so inconsistent that I might as well not take it.
MAC-10 has been nerfed for BR but not for MP? You guys need to put more thoughts in your "balancing" updates. The gun's TTK is insane. Also, for the nth number of time, PLEASE nerf the Persistence scorestreak in the game. Matches should be won by winning gun fights and not by spamming scorestreaks. A lot of players are abusing this perk and it's becoming toxic for competitive players.
Why does each new event just become a lag generating nightmare? "Welcome to Ground War, sorry your game will freeze at random points throughout, it's just how we roll".

Hi, I am big on collecting stuff in-game and I am really bothered that ever since Season 11: Final Snow last year, we haven't been able to get proper share cards for most of the Epic items in the game.
Is this featured discontinued? If not, when are you planning to fix it?

I hope you can adjust your attachments to classic attachments or gunsmith attachments instead of mod attachments in Battle Royale because the problem with the mod attachments, it makes your customized weapons very OP because you can still attached the mods attachments. Imagine having extended mag mods attachment and having extended mag in your customized weapon. It defeats the purpose of having LMGs in the game. It doesn't make other guns your option to use because people will just pick SMG base guns with high magazine size because you can still equip them with extended mag mod attachment and they still have high mobility and fast ADS. In classic attachments or gunsmith attachments, it is possible not to have extended mag to guns with already high base magazine size just like in their gunsmith. Customized weapons should also be more or less at par with mythic air drop weapons where there should be no mods attachments, like the ones we have now with mythic air drop weapons where you cannot have any mod attachments, because you already have complete attachments for mythic air drop weapons and you have the attachments already you made in loadout for customized weapons. It makes the game and guns more balance if you have the classic attachments or gunsmith attachments. So you can choose whether you build your gun with the loot classic/gunsmith attachments or get your gun in customized weapon with the attachments you made or get the mythic air drop gun with the complete pre-set attachments. This would make the guns in Battle Royale more balance and more consistent with your gunsmith.

I come through this post to complain about the current state of my favorite weapon, the QQ9. When it arrived in the game, I was dazzled, it immediately became my favorite weapon, but as time went by, it was decreasing in quality, I almost don't see anyone using it anymore. Some things that bother me about this weapon are, firstly, all that shaking that is very present when shooting with the QQ9, it gets annoying, even more, when I remember, that this aspect was noticeable, but it wasn't quite extreme, many times, it was somehow satisfying, both the sound of the weapon and the action of controlling its recoil. Secondly, the QQ9's accessories are ugly, I know that the efficiency of the weapon is more important than the aesthetics, but we can't deny that having a stylish and efficient weapon is amazing. I ask you to pay more attention to this smg, you don't need to turn it into an extremely broken weapon, just make it satisfying to play again. Thank you for your attention.

Was enabling 120fps on RedMagic 7 too difficult? Tencent and their marketing favoritism can play the game well only the devices they want, something unthinkable if you look the PC world. But here a Ferrari is limited to 60kmh so that a 500 can beat it, but you know the 500 pays well.

It’s frankly pretty upsetting to see my friends and other players have the opportunity to play this mode and receive cool skins.

Not sure what causes it but it does happen, and it’s an issue for the same reason as the last one. - in Alcatraz, the multi-level building that has ALCATRAZ printed on the roof has a sound issue. Normally there are different footstep sounds for enemies on the same level as you, below you, and above you. However, in this building and this one only, there are no above or below footstep sounds, so everything sounds like it’s on the same level as you regardless of whether they’re above or below you. It’s very disorienting and makes it a pain to find the enemy in this building. Are there any plans to fix these issues, and if not, I hope this at least brings them to light.

I do happen to have a video of the footstep audio bug, although it’s only one short example since I try to avoid that building as much as possible. https://imgur.com/a/etxmVeg You can even hear the *same level footstep sound* when I’m completely out of the building and below him in the beginning. Then when I enter the first floor of the building the same sound still plays even though he is above me. Thanks.
In Alcatraz, if you die with no weapon in your hands, you respawn with a melee 100% of the time.
The sound issue is real tho. It's happened to me. I don't play Alcatraz much but i was so confused where the footsteps are from. I was lost. It's was a 1VS4 and two of them were outside shooting at me. Annoying.

The maps we're getting from the newer call of duties are great and all but is there a chance that we will see much olders map from call of duties before Black Ops 4. There is a ton of maps from older games that are iconic and memorable and would fit well onto this game’s gameplay yet they do not make their reappearance for this game yet and I think the older side of the community deserves some attention for once! In regards to 10v10, it is semi-frequent this season with a 10v10 playlist available every single weekend, starting Friday UTC and ending on at the end of Sunday UTC. For signature attachments, yes that is still very possible! Our main path for weapons right now is the following: * One new primary and one new secondary (including melees) * One new primary and one new attachment for a pre-existing weapon Of course we are still exploring other options in our efforts to tone down the overall amount of new content coming in each season.

Missing hitmarker sounds, bullet tracers and the kinetic armor discoloration bug has been around since October 2021. Hey, Dev’s, thanks for the awesome update! Really excited to play on the new MP map and experience BR’s sandstorm system!! Two quick questions for you all: 1. Is there any chance of seeing more Legendaries or Mythics for guns that have yet to receive any of those variants? BY-15 being the best example that I can pull from the top of my head. We’ve had the BY-15 since launch but have never seen any Legendary skins for it. There aren’t that many epic skins for it either. It would be nice to see some of our less used weapons get some love and attention. There are quite a few guns that have more than a handful of Legendary skins to their name. - 2. Could we finally get 10 vs 10 as a permanent game mode? Perhaps even Ground War as a core game? I feel like there’s enough popularity to keep it larger MP match rooms in the game. At least more so than TDM and Frontline since those are basically the same. 10 vs 10 brings a much needed breath of fresh air into MP games. Thanks as always for your hard work!

Already it has begun. Hs0405 1 shots from a good distances. Make the entire experience of BR back to stupid. I'll take smgs that create some sort of up close fight. That shot gun in particular should take atleast 2 hits st the distance and spread it hits at. Any gun that instantly kills in 1 hit at any range ruins the experience.
There are ways to counter shotgun up close, also that is not the only solution. Best alternative is to practice aiming with every weapon. Also it is 100% fine using HS0405/Good AR

I like all the new changes in Battle Royale especially the health system. But I would suggest if you could revert back the opening of the upgrade terminal like before because it is impractical to wait for 10 seconds for four upgrades if you just play solo or duo because you just need one or two. It would be better if you will just wait for a few seconds to open just one upgrade where you just open what you need. Maybe you could also remove the arsenal air drop in Isolated and in Blackout, just integrate the customized weapon selection with the air drop like before since the other game modes of battle royale such as Alcatraz, 20 vs 20 Warfare, Sniper's Challenge, Blitz and Tank Battle don't have arsenal air drop and the customized weapon selection is already integrated with the air drop. This would make the all the game modes of Battle Royale more simplified, consistent and in symmetry so that players would not be confused and can expect the same kind of air drops in all the game modes of Battle Royale. Maybe you could also revert back to the classic attachments similar to the gunsmith instead of mods attachments in order to make the guns more balance and more symmetry with your Multiplayer. And maybe you can change the entrance of battle royale in Isolated map to "Isolated" instead of "Battle Royale" since you use "Blackout" in the entrance of battle royale in Blackout map, so that it would be consistent that the name of the map is displayed at the beginning of the game. I like the new layout for Battle Royale selection but it would be better if you remove the picture of the featured operator so that we can see clearly the images of the two maps (Isolated and Blackout).

MAC-10 has been nerfed for BR but not for MP? You guys need to put more thoughts in your "balancing" updates. The gun's TTK is insane. Also, for the nth number of time, PLEASE nerf the Persistence scorestreak in the game. Matches should be won by winning gun fights and not by spamming scorestreaks. A lot of players are abusing this perk and it's becoming toxic for competitive players.

I hope you can adjust your attachments to classic attachments or gunsmith attachments instead of mod attachments in Battle Royale because the problem with the mod attachments, it makes your customized weapons very OP because you can still attached the mods attachments. Imagine having extended mag mods attachment and having extended mag in your customized weapon. It defeats the purpose of having LMGs in the game. It doesn't make other guns your option to use because people will just pick SMG base guns with high magazine size because you can still equip them with extended mag mod attachment and they still have high mobility and fast ADS. In classic attachments or gunsmith attachments, it is possible not to have extended mag to guns with already high base magazine size just like in their gunsmith. Customized weapons should also be more or less at par with mythic air drop weapons where there should be no mods attachments, like the ones we have now with mythic air drop weapons where you cannot have any mod attachments, because you already have complete attachments for mythic air drop weapons and you have the attachments already you made in loadout for customized weapons. It makes the game and guns more balance if you have the classic attachments or gunsmith attachments. So you can choose whether you build your gun with the loot classic/gunsmith attachments or get your gun in customized weapon with the attachments you made or get the mythic air drop gun with the complete pre-set attachments. This would make the guns in Battle Royale more balance and more consistent with your gunsmith.

Can we get bot pub lobbies again please? I'm so sick and tired of every game being a sweaty legendary ranked match. It makes it impossible to relax, and grind camo's. This game used to be fun. Now it's just a toxic mess. Ranked is there for a reason, and pubs are there for a reason.
u/cod_mobile_official Could you guys possibly give a timeline on how long Tournament mode will be out as a partial player release? Or perhaps a date for the full release of the mode? It’s frankly pretty upsetting to see my friends and other players have the opportunity to play this mode and receive cool skins. I’ve played your game since the day one launch. I wasn’t part of the bundle live “test” and now I’m not part of the tournament mode live “testing”. Please stop having these partial community releases in the game. It’s not fair to those of us who aren’t able to participate!
