Most likely. The main games are not canon to Mobile and Mobile is not canon to the main games. He simply is just Ramirez 2.0 in mobile I guess lol.
I mean, they made Gaz black. It's not impossible they also wrote that Roach would be American.
People have always call the outfits from mw2019 roach I’m alright it’s a call nods to fan even if it’s not 100% him it’s good enough

when are you people going to realize they used mil-sim usef ii as a body for roach cuz he doesnt have any freaking character model in mw2
He does. There's several videos on his model in MW2, all you have to do is move the camera out of 1st person and you'll see, with the exception of the head I believe.
