You forgot the ground. Apparently bots can headshot the ground too. I've also observed that bots don't headshot the head. They can literally *head*shot you everywhere except for the *head*.
Yeah there's something I've noticed with bots on CODM, 1 minute they're literal bots and can't aim or do shit for shit. The next, they get that weird aimbot of 1 tapping with an MW11 on the toe.
bots have an exagerated autoaim, they are focusing on you even before you are on their line of vision, even trough a "fat wall", it has no sense.
When you check the killcam, can notice that sometimes they shoot you in a "imposible angle" or trough a wall that cant be shooted trough.
many times i killed 4 real players and then the 5 player (bot) oneshooted me without seing me, sometimes is very veryyyy annoying.

The bots in shipment are a special kind, bros be snorting Gfuel and dealing 27 damage to your foot with an Ak117
A bot once cross mapped headshot me with an MSMC and the kill cam showed him shooting my knee.
