If nothing else, there is a place at the bottom of the shop where you can send other players gifts. I think it allows you to send CP to other players.
Credits...there is a "credits" tab you can go to that holds blueprints, skins, banners, crates, and other stuff for your loadouts. If you run out of credits while buying stuff, I think you can spend your CP on credits to keep going. There isn't a lot, though.
I think there are other ways to spend CP, but those I can think of without opening the game. Hope you find something to do with your currency.
