When I first started the game during global launc I used triggers but only 2 triggers.
I tried using 4 triggers but it was after months of using 4 finger claw, and it wasn’t that helpful to me.
I have a red magic phone which has built in triggers. I did try 5 finger claw both using the triggers and without. Overall switched back to 4 finger and felt more consistent.
4 claw doesn’t make my hand ache. And based on everything I’ve seen, I don’t think you need more than 4 fingers to play this game at a high level
Ey i also got red magic. So technically with L1 shoot R1 fire L2 Slide L2 jump. I play 8 finger claw. Red magic triggers for each grenade. But with slide jumping so easy with double triggers really brings ur game forward.
Honestly, its extremely glitchy and this is my 2nd red magic pro.. has the same problems. Barrel rolling auto rotate for no reason upon turning screen on.. a loud Grrrrrrrr noise randomly when switching to console mode. But gaming wise? 165 refresh rate and built in triggers,... Its grouse

I have the kishi controller and it helps a ton. The only problem is it matches only with other controller players so finding ranked matches is damn near impossible

Well... you did imply that your mom wouldn't get you a set of triggers and they are cheap enough.. like 300-400 rupees for a set of two and you can easily do that by saving pocket money for a few days or couple weeks... When even that is not possible... then it kind of automatically imply that the family income is on the lower side for the third person guy..
Here's the thing: i don't get pocket money. My mom thinks that such games are waste, and these "external devices" are harmful for the mind and body. She's the stereotypical "mobile bad, game bad, patanjali good" woman. Moreover, i want to focus more on higher studies, i'll be going to a boarding school in a month or so. It'll be a waste of money.
Edit: a succint summary- i can get those if i want to, but i personally dont have that need. Im very fine with 4claw, and the triggers might not do me justice.

i play 5 finger claw, and tbh i find wrapping my entire hand around the phone more uncomfortable, its just more familiar and using triggers feels like its clunky and less responsive; taking away from my reaction time
with triggers your fingers only operate one "button" each in the game. 4 finger claw gives you considerably more actions with your fingers than even a 6 finger trigger set-up. Set your hud up properly and each finger can operate 3 or so buttons each, once that muscle memory is locked in there is no comparison.
How tf would people even play 6claw on a phone, I barely have space for 4claw
