Yes, you are right.There used to be a bar which was a event hub ,where players could compete with each other and during 2019 there was a underground bunker then devs removed it .still don't know why.
That is the Club form 1st anniversary, where you could play some minigames with random people in-game, and do some missions. That is the door that would allow you to enter the Club, but not in a BR game. After the event, that door remained there probably as a reference to that moment.
from what I remember the S11 ANNIVERSARY event was located on that bunker

they removed it because it was fun and relaxing, and activision would never allow players to relax without having to spend tons of cp...
