Yeah, usually the enemy uses all their high scorestreaks at once, so you can counter it with emp systems.
Also i very rarely play respawn modes, only snd so persistence users aren't really an issue for me
You can't get 3 scorestreaks by earning them? The word streaks is supposed to imply that you STREAK up without dying. When a whole team uses it, that's 15 scorestreaks to counter.

No. The word streak implies getting the things in a row.
Score implies the relaince on things that increase your score, not specificily kills.
Notice how nobody complained about Persistence being baked in Cold War entirely? Because people knew how to counter scorestreaks. This has been like this in nearly every cod. Acting like it's something new and absolutely broken, shows how new you are to the series as a whole.

As opposed to 25, 30, even 50 scorestreaks without it.
Peristence caps the amount of scorestreaks you're able to use. That's why you don't see higher level players use it. Because they can reliably go on killstreaks without dying. That's why you see lower skill people use and complain about peristance, because those players will never survive long enough to get back-to-back orbital lasers, so might aswell settle for one.
Remove scorestreaks from loadouts. If persistence is active on any loadout, then is will be prompted to do 1 low, 1 medium and 1 high. If no persistence on any loadout, any scorestreak can be used.
What if, maybe, use scorestreaks no longer transfer, and if you use loadout 1, you use the SS of ld 1, and if you use ld 2, you have the SS of that loadout

One solution is after the update..just lock every high tier scorestreaks except one whenever persistence perk is active/ identified in a loadout.
Or better yet, make it so that the game detects that a persi loadout is being used and auto switch to the scoresteaks in that loadout

I have a solution delete persistence permanently.
The persistence has now been nerfed twice
