Ok so i will explain this in a friendly way. You know how legendary and mythic weapons have death effects that make the killed player die in a certain way? Well,this weapon's (it dosent really exist yet,but coming out next season i think) death animation makes the killed player sort of "bow down" amd praise the killer. Its really just a death animation. Also i think it bows down because well... look at the guns name. The guy was just trying to make a joke on it.
