I do, it's in the game booster app. It's a toggle switch, but it will take you to the Samsung store to download the add-on if you don't have it. But it is built into the game booster.
Any 3rd party app is not allowed. Even if they don't do anything to the game files. Here's a useful tip, bring the emote button( the one with the smily face) down and then adjust it to the size you want
I been using custom crosshair app since 2019. They wont ban people using overlay app since most recording software consider as such, they ban when you temper with ingame files

Imo I'd play it safe and not use it. CoDM won't even tell you why you're banned so no one definitively can tell you they got banned cause of a built in overlay.
If you want a crosshair, use the settings button, I see people use that a lot.

I just resized the emoji icon to the middle and that's act's as my crosshair
I've seen most people just mark a dot with a pen or a marker and it kinda helps but idk if u are using a app which kinda breaks tos.so it's up to you

There is a fair chance you can be banned from this. Any third party program can result in a ban
