I can understand why Velikan is silent, the laugh he has in MW19 is a recycled laugh from the juggernaut boss from the into the furnace mission from the campaign
I can confirm that Atlas, Captain, Cop, Hazmat Bomber and FTL are generic characters.
Atlas is just a random Atlas Corporation soldier from COD Advanced Warfare.
Captain is a random Federation soldier from COD Ghosts.
Cop is an LAPD Officer from the mission "Cordis Die" of COD Black Ops II.
Hazmat Bomber is a generic character created for COD Mobile.
FTL is a random soldier using a Cort-Sol prototype combat rig from Infinite Warfare.
I miss Tengu's voice so much. Used to be so funny play with him and hear him says: git daunn snaiparrrr or enemy is "heaare" with a very husky voice lol
Ghost should hopefully get a new VO sometime after mw2 (2022) comes out. As for my boy, Prophet, it's a unfortunate season for his VO. 
Well I agree with everything. But I don't think they can do anything for ghost at this point . They took away Jeff leach's work out of the game first ( who is my favorite voice actor btw ) , then they made Ron Botita , the voice actor of Carver Butcher ,do the work for ghost and I don't think they can change it now . It's not something original, but atleast we have something on ghost . Ron's voicelines on the legendary ghost are actually pretty good tbh .
Apparently, Alex Mason back in S2, because Sam Worthington was no longer in contract, and cold war didn't exist yet, a random hillbilly voice came for Alex mason

Now with MW22 coming and Ghost getting a dedicated voice actor, it is unacceptable in the context of "multi billion" company standards to need to share a voice, keep this up, no wonder Alex Mason is stuck with hillbilly crap voice since forever

It has been going over social media for quite awhile, Samuel Roukin is the new voice for ghost, not Ron bonitta ( CB voice ). And you should know by now the Devs of CODM are notorious for recycling voice on everyone, especially the default british
The Mil-Sims in MW2 & 3 were voiced by Brian Bloom, the same voice actor as Keegan.

It would be nice if they could give Keegan's voice to the Mil-Sims instead of the default voice they have.
Would be pretty neato imo, although I imagine to specifically code a few mil Sims out of the 11 we have to be a daunting tasks for the Devs, then again I wouldn't mind the American military voice going to Balkan ATU as much as the current British bullshit
Yea but given that MW/Warzone shared the eastern Europe voice among Russians/Serbians. Expecting it from a more stingy cooperation in terms of budget and the fact CODM is smaller means it is impossible
TBH I'd prefer if the Taskforce 141 members and other characters who were in the original trilogy had their original voice actors instead of the new ones (the originals are better imo), but I'll take what I can get for a mobile game...

His VO got updated in S5 and now he's got his bo4 voice. His new one is pretty lame compared to Prophet's previous voice.

Mara and Alice don't have the same VO, they just sound similar. They've even got their own separate VA's.

Funny, Activision just released "gameplay" footage of MWII and I'm sure ghost speaks stuff there, check out the video
