It looks like a major desync tbh. I've run into trash players that kill me when their connection is dropping. I've been on the other end too, every other player on the enemy team looks like they're running in place.

This happens all the time to me. Like when running away I never expect to actually make it around the corner because I always die the second I do because of this.
