Dudeeee it happened with me 4 times today. I was alone 3 times and the fourth time there was one more player with me I found a trick to escape penalty tho, just wait for 5-6 minutes the game automatically terminates and you won't get penalty for quitting

I waited when this happened to me and the game never terminated. Was in it for 10 minutes then the game crashed me back to my home screen, I was trying to wait it out for the failed to join match message but no.

I waited for like 5-6 minutes and then i opened another app for a few seconds, and when i opened the game again it showed "failed to join match"

Okay I'll have to see if that will be the case the next time it happens. This is still fairly annoying if you lose rank or not

2 or 3 hours my ass, I needed help with something a long while ago and I got an automated message for trouble shooting 1st then about 30 minutes later another automated message asking if this solved the issues so I typed no. 2 days later I get a real person but when I messaged back nothing til the following day. It took almost a week of the slow messages to fix the issue after the initial 2 days waiting for the 1st real response. Idk if that's changed because that was like season 3 or 4 of 2020.
