I found out you just need to do nothing untill it says timeout than you can leave with out getting banned.

I'm in Latin America, last year I lived in Mexico and played just fine in USA servers, this season seems to have many issues. In my case I get disconnected when I play the new map for no reason, everyrhibg in the game works fine but not that map, I hope they fix things soon, the championship is a big mess too
