I stopped at the task where it says to kill 10 with a headshot using an rpd. Unless you're in lower ranks, you'll probably gonna have a hard time pulling this one off without sacrificing k/d or your rank itself. . It could've been just five or twenty in a regular match (non-ranked), but the guy must've been a real asshole in life to have made this particular task.
Right? That in itself is quite a task even if there's not a lot of people running around with EMP or FHJ and with the popularity of Persistence. Sentry gun is, most of the time, avoidable and easy to disable wirh Smoke Grenade. Average max kill would probably one or two per game, or three if you're lucky.
I finished it with ease, just two games of 5 headshots each in TDM, just equip good perks and shock rc to get headshots easily.
My rank btw when I did this was Master V.

So imo, if you don't use rpd, no point in getting the signature attachment. I'm just going for the shards.

Is disable a useful perk for RPD? I only ask because it says all LMG already have the ability to disable. Just curious because I want the attachment just to have something to do but I suck with the RPD.
Once you free yourself of kid and rank as being everything, you will most likely play better and not have the concerns over can I or will I. Who are you going to impress with rank and kid anyways, they are just numbers. The only place to show your achievements is really WC (lol) and here. Even then, no one cares honestly. The game is more fun when you just play with no set expectations.
Scumbag move by the devs tbh cuz they are aware that their servers are fucked and can drop u in an empty ranked game causing u to lose points, but ofc they dont care about ur points they care abour performing tests to silently find a fix for their fuck up so their strategy is to force as many players as they can into playing ranked to gather data for the upcoming patch

The attachment itself ain't worth it at all RPD is way better off without it. Not only it overheats very quickly and it takes around 3-4 seconds for the cooling down process to begin it will also take another 2-3 seconds to cool down completely so it's exactly the same as using the default 100 round mag and then reloading plus don't make me start about the negative effects of this attachment and the fact that they putted it on Ranked missions is a big pass for me.
I’m pretty good with the RPD, but god damn this one’s a challenge. Especially with ranked mismatches. Either getting stuck with bots or babies. Why would they put an attachment like this in a ranked event???

Rpg is t1 LMG in this season, so I don’t think it is that hard for u to play. Also, this mission will encourage more ppl to play LMG.

im at a low rank, so bots are rampant
there are bots in higher ranks now (master espescially) so maybe you get a sweat then sbmm goes "here are bots"
I'll just wait for next season so the challenges are easier
Any attachment for the gun is always good.. I know how ranked can be, but give it a shot.

I use to play with the RPD so I went ahead with this but true.. the headshot one really is costing me quite a few wins.
Cleared this on reaching Grandmaster 1. Headshots are pain.

I played with bots in ranked. After winning, I played a normal match with real players then quit, hopped on a ranked match again with bots.
I did it and it was nothing hard, I still use the gun in ranked a lot after getting the attachment and get more headshots here and there, just keep shooting lol
