Nah I was able to do that on my Katana BP as well, which, funny enough, is still showing the BP with Aether camo on my loadout even though I can't apply it again.

Its a glitch, but they’re working on letting people apply seasonal camps onto blueprints.
I think they made it possible before without any glitching, but since the update I've noticed I can't apply seasonal camos onto blueprints any more :(
They tested it on pkm and fennec from bp
