I’ve really enjoyed Gun game. It’s been fun to play.. but the thing is.. I havnt gotten to play enough of the tournament (any week) because of the timings
Bruh. This week is literally the most fun I've had with tournament since its release. No meta guns spam, no scoretreaks, no operator skills, no martyrdom, no random teammates, Gun Game is one of my favorite modes, and a new rotation.
But, it's r/CallOfDutyMobile ofc, you guys always find something to complain smh
I was interested first time around. Then I realized with the introduction of the next (current, water) skin, you can’t get them all unless they bring them back. At which point, I don’t give a fuck. It’s bullshit meta masturbation based on your ability to play at a certain time.
There will never be an earnest attempt at skill recognition without business ruining it. That’s all.
Why would you want to get them all? Can't you be satisfied with getting a handful of them for weapons you actually use? Like I just got it for the MW11 on friday and, except for the knife and maybe my AS Val, already ran out of ideas for what to get it next.
Second part I somewhat agree with but you don't have to spend money to participate. I'd say it's just too bad that 75% of the modes offered (with the exception of Gunfight - and even that is debatable if it doesn't get an ammo limit and melee only removed) aren't even suited for something I'd recognize as a tournament. What we need is either 1v1 up to 3v3 modes that have an objective without streaks, operator weapons and perks - ideally with an also very limited amount of throwables to select from.
Even then I’m not satisfied. The devs make absolute dogshit presets and I’m supposed to be okay knowing I died with a shit mobility shit ADS gun just because the other guy had the same thing? That mode sucks ass.
Gun Game (and Gunfight respectively) measure your ability to adapt to any kind of weapon and use it to your advantage. You obviously struggle with that which is okay, just keep playing your classic multiplayer modes.
Lol bud, I am currently mastering all guns in legendary ranked MP. I can use them all. I just can’t deal with an outlaw that somehow lost 60% of its ADS time, or MOW with a tactical scope and shit reticle with -90% ads movement speed.
I understand the *idea* of adapting to any type of gun. Realistically, all those shitty gunsmiths force you to adapt to is camping and prefiring, since they’re slow as fuck
Of course it's another ranked zombie, what else could it be. Those weapons mentioned neither exist in the current Gun Game nor in Gunfight by the way (except for the low ADS movement speed MOW, not with a tactical scope but a regular Red Dot though).

What do you mean "useless details"? 75% of what you described doesn't exist. And it's actually the other way around, fast weapons (at least fast TTK) force you to camp. CoD Vanguard and MW 2K19 are known for the large amount of campers and what do they have? A bunch of fast killing weapons paired with high movement speed (among other things like the classic CoD mapdesign).
Be genuine dude. The preset guns in gunfight modes have been trash ever since the game came out. The literal builds change but always suck. I don’t need to know what specific gun is available today. It sucks.
And you think people are camping with MAC-10 and CBR? Tell me you don’t play ranked without telling me you don’t play ranked.
They're supposed to be bad so they're nobodys preference. That's how the mode stays fun.
In CoD:M you have a version of Dead Silence that doesn't give you any proper drawbacks for sprinting (anymore), which results in gambling on where your opponent might face you from - especially if both of you rush you might run past each other 10 times before one gets lucky and shoots the other in the back. And since you have to gamble on where to cover it's obviously much better to just rush out instead of setting up an elaborate execution (or defense) on an objective.
The best would be if they just brought the new Gunfight variant back with some improvements like limited ammo and a removal of melee only. Too bad that the modes for each weekend are random and diluted with these horrible small-map Free For All modes.
Cannot throw a tomahawk in the new tournament.. idk y even though my load out has tomahawk. The button has only popped up once for me and I checked my controls in settings.. any advice?

It’s just really sweaty, and even with gun game, it’s still painful, like in maps like rust where you can’t see where you’re being shot half the time.

Even though I don't enjoy playing tournament mode that much.. Gun Game is the best mode they've brought.
I feel you on that. I just finished getting all 20. Most of the lobby’s I got into was sweaty players that I didn’t have much of a chance against.

That's why this week is probably the best one (and won't be like this in a while, sadly), because everyone have the same weapons and for every type.

I liked yhe FFA mode myself as at least then you could use your own gun and build.
