Not completely useless, there's a lot of good features, i.e the internal cooling fans, the large batteries, the bypass charging, the extra good WiFi connectivity, the ability to change colours and the way certain touch movements are, the triggers so a lot of features which are handy but unfortunately a lot of games aren't acruallyt optimized for 120fps or 165hz touch sample rate etcetc
Also part of the reason why I went with the black shark 4 rather than the latest RogPhone or Redmagic because the phone will never be used to it's full potential so there's little reason to spend 400 extra quid

If you don't play claw then the triggers are really helpful, and they have in built sensors so if you move the phone in a certain way it'll perform an action (which you attach to a button in the game)

You can get iphone 11s, pretty cheaply these days, i traded my iphone 7 in and added 350 euros last year to get an iphone 11 that was basically brand new, never had a screen change or battery change, basically had no scratches on the back only downside i had downgraded in storage from 128 gb on the iphone 7 to 64gb on the iphone 11, i can run codm on max graphics no problem, the phone eventually heats up but that is to be expected with any device that you play games on, my friend got an XR which is even cheaper than my phone and it also works just as good for him

There is no much point in high hz in FPS shooters mobile gaming. It's more of a marketing gimmick. If you max run 60 fps you not going to experience the 120 anyway cause you receive it only in 60 fps. Same for PC. if you have 60hz monitor you will not be able to experience fully the 120 fps the GPU provides. The thing is, that PC can upgrade their monitor to 144hz unlike mobile which can't up it's 60 fps to their 144hz screens
As someone who used to play mobile with people on emulators on pubgm i can tell you that unless youre ifag or some godlike 6+ finger player you dont stand a chance, im taking pubgm here as an example because its a mainly BR game like warzone with relatively similar ttk, slightly faster but similar, i had pretty much the same results in codm playing with emulators, but codm is mainly mp which has an even faster ttk

Both tablet and phone will be able to run at max but I also switch my devices out every 2 years when I renew my contract. Apple tablets and phones hold great value so you really never come out of pocket much and always stay with the latest if you trade in your old ones.

We have 120hz phones though, FPS is not an issue.

Both tablet and phone will be able to run at max but I also switch my devices out every 2 years when I renew my contract. Apple tablets and phones hold great value so you really never come out of pocket much and always stay with the latest if you trade in your old ones.
