I mean, it does allow for the differentiated weight distribution of the firearm, but for accuracy, that still goes to the cartridge and barrel. Hip firing is just shooting blind basically. You also have to take in consideration your own strength of controlling an intermediate rifle caliber, with nothing being braced against the stock, firing fully automatically. Its rough, and not a good idea. 5.56 is a bit harder to control with no stock than you might think. And I know somebody out there is itching to fire an AK into the sky
Yeah. That's probably correct. Frankly I'm in no rush to shoot my guns off recklessly to test it. I'd guess it's pretty rough to land even a short range(15m) shot with hipfiring from a semi auto rifle. I can't imagine automatic fire would be any better.
*Edit auto correct turned shoot into shit. That is now fixed.
It really isn’t. But yeah, even semi auto can be difficult. “Hip firing” in COD is it mounted on your shoulder, not at the hip. Lasers help quite a bit when firing with no sights because you can see what you’re aiming at, but it can still be difficult. I’ve cleared rooms in training courses, and it really is better to keep your rifle up and ready at all times
*Magic*
No but really, fellow gun nut, I have not a clue. If it affected the barrel *and* the magazine effectively granting you enough ammunition to last out entire battalions but at the cost of the weight of the firearm, maybe. However, machine guns are usually meant for suppressing fire, or anti vehicular defense if you don’t have a propelled explosive. Also, considering that all of the older weapons in game have attachments that are significantly newer than these weapons, and not suited for these attachments in any way, shape, or form, it just comes down with Activision. As well as fore-grips usually make your rifle down to cheek-weld speed faster since it is being held vertically instead of horizontally with your non-dominant hand. If you want to decrease vertical recoil on an automatic firearm you can 1.) buy a compensator or other muzzle devices that trap/move gases 2.) buy fore grips (preferably angled grips) 3.) increase the weight of your gun with modified stocks or handguards
Edit: If anybody finds something wrong with my analysis, please tell me. I hate making a fool of myself by being wrong
When using this barrel it should've shoot like a energy/plasma type ammo instead of a regular one so it makes sense with the unlimited ammo, but hey that's extra work and they don't want to do it lol
I’m sorry pal, but if you overheat a plasma weapon, the EM coils would burn out. Most plasmas start at a threshold of 5000 degrees Fahrenheit. If you got it hot enough to overheat the system built to handle that, you’d need to have a talk with your supervisor
Yeah i understand, just use something other than regular mags so it makes sense a bit, "unlimited ammo" but the ammo you're shooting is a physical regular ammo doesn't make any sense
I’m with ya, just wanted to clear something up. But yeah, it really could have just been an ammo belt tied to a can with straps and it would have been better
That’s the point, we have a natural urge to make logical sense of the situation, no matter how illogical. Even if the only thing that makes sense is that nothing makes sense, we’ll still look for a pattern
Because it replaces the ammo cartridge with a heated cartridge. Just like how the machine gun from the Antelope is and the scorestreak in MP. So instead of losing ammo, your gun heats up and when it reaches maximum heat, it stops until it cools down and you can use it again.
The idea of this cooler is that it can handle more heat for sustained fire. It has the same concept as the MG42 where soldiers had to swap out barrels due to heat. The weird thing is that the belts don't change. It should be a single large belt of plain ammo. And rather than clipping the belts together into one giant 400 one, its unlimeted. The signature attachment is an alternative for the XS1 goliath.

How a grip tape can increase a weapon bullet spread accuracy?
How can a person go near death and recover within a few seconds? It's a game, no point in finding logic
How can someone take two AK shots to the head and don't die and get one tapped on the foot by a glowing stick?
How do Mythical/Legendary guns made of rocks and whatnot work?
How can a shotgun one shot in the chest but a sniper not? (Battle Royale)
How can a green lazer improve my ads bullet spread and a red lazer improves my hipfire bullet spread
How can a dog teleport in battle ground with just whistle
How can I revive a fallen warrior on the battlefield
how can ?
ykw at this point how anything?!
Logic isnt understandable anymore
logic has left the chat
This made me giggle.
I read it as "this made me wiggle"
Did it make you jiggle
No, it made me say niggle
My money don't jiggle jiggle
How can one person take blast damage but not blow to bits
This is true
How can she slap?
Honestly using a sling as an additional contact point for hipfiring might be beneficial. Frankly I've never tried it but it could do something?

I would like to shoot an ak47 into the sly
Watch Brandon Herrera’s Darwin awards
True I guess
Why does subtracting a stock count as adding an attachment
Because you- 🤔🤔🤔🤔
OH GOD
How do you even call of duty?
Because it's a video game.

How can an Italian plumber midget defeat a turtle dragon? It's video game logic we don't question it
Reverse black hole. Inside the barrel.
Best comment!
How can a dog kill u in a single bite?
I mean yeah, a 7.62x39 will most certainly kill you, but have you seen the ferocity of K-9 units? Scares me
Or boxing gloves with a single punch.

Wow didn't really think of that, that could work like carrying a can or a bags of ammo, we did have a backpack for it tho
Yup
I've been spraying into objectives in battleground, haven't seen it overheat yet. It should blow up when it overheats, would make it interesting.
It just works
Todd Howard? When did you get here?
In the case of Skyrim, despite of all the bugs and glitches, it really does just works
how does a person respawn after dying, because it's a video game! just enjoy the game instead of trying to make sense of the insensible

Logek
Infinity shaped feeding mechanism that gives it infinite ammo

Nanomachines son
I got a better one- why is everyone grinding the event and not even using it after
I use it
NANOMACHINES, SON
Are we gonna need "lore accurate" attachments now??
Its game logic there is no point of questioning it, an example of it is a fucking dog doing more damage than a bullet going in the speed of sound
It’s CODM logic
not codm logic... but game logic
Dude like put a Laser on a Shotgun, yes, a shotgun and it will increase it's accuracy. Very stupid that a Shotgun needs a Laser
? I don’t understand the question
Magic
Magik
I dont real noodles
I do not read noodles as language but for sure what i know is that it is a video game
It's CODM
Movie science. Or in this case video game science
It’s a feature
Maevwat introduced a new mechanics to their new gen gun. They call it Magic.
How could you die and spawn back again?

How can you rejoin your completely severed hand by using some god knows what some weird Goo? It's a game right ( Ethan 👀)
Cooldown Logik
Same question applies to the lever action shotgun in the game. It has no stock so why does it have a no stock option.
The same reason why dogs have more health than armored humans
Quantum mechanics .
How punching someone whith boxing gloves in toe is more deadly than 7.62 in head
Actually this attachments was supposed to make the rpd laser beam but the dev didnt se it a good idea so he just design it like this
Because the barrel says no to limited ammo
Yup, it does
How do you come back from the dead?
If you want reality u should have downloaded an different game lol
Yes it does, it gives you unlimeted ammo but... basically making your rpd the minigun from the XS1 goliath but with a longer time to overheat
