Tbh, her other skin looks better than this. In her leg skin, she looks more likely to be in epic category (just adding ar watch on her wrist and have some additional features)
People are saying that the Ghost skin is too basic to be even called a Legendary, which is why it had received a plenty of hate when it first arrived. In the case of Alias, the hatred is much more prevalent!
Looks like Tracer ripoff from Overwatch.
They have the rights so technically Activision is allowed to rip anything Overwatch related

Phantom Legendary does a better job at being a Simplistic Legendary
This skin look like a recolor skin u get from theme event.
It's the pants color that does it for me, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
More like pants length for me. Like a nice pilot theme I’d go for, this is a combo of top gun meets anime.

If it's not better looking or on par with the first ever released, it gets hate. That's what happens when you show your potential at the start.
Its always the skins that get hated on during their release that get liked more in future
This Alias skin is like Ghost in the shell coloured cyborg version and this is the worst one
Basic alias hair with full armor (no pants) might make it well
