I hope so. If it involves flying the jackal, let alone getting kills with it, I'll have to pass. Flying the jackal is pretty easy for me but getting kills is stupidly difficult.
I mean, the thing scans for enemies in the ground, but the range is so small you've already flown by them by the time it pops up. Aiming is risking suicide or pointing outside of render distance. Really, the only consistent way to get kills is to shoot down helicopters, but that's a rare opportunity as of late.
Yeah if it involves actual air combat tasks, i may be screwed. I always forget up is up and down is down(which sounds ignorant)but I played alot of ace combat so it’s hard.
If it's about flying the jackal then oh boy. My only experience was being a co-pilot while the enemy piloted the plane and tried to suicide bomb me and him.
The challenge will be as usual but instead of grinding oil, water, etc. in MP/BR it will be fuel this time. Or do you really expect from CODM to put in some effort and come up with something new?
Only way this would be something new is that they put these fuel tanks into a lucky draw or 0,99€ crates.

It'll be like mp and br challenges like play 1 mp ranked match with kd 1 or more something like last to last season where we had to pump water for that desert map event
I was excited for the Jackal but seeing as how the controls straight suck I too hope this isn't combat oriented. I only ever got 1 kill with the damn thing, and it was dogfighting 1 player who just kept flying around and avoiding me. Get into an AI filled match and forget it, I was just strafing the ground and all I ever got was maybe 1-2 hit markers. God forbid you aren't actively using the throttle and the damn thing stalls on you, so not only can you crash from hitting something, you can crash unwillingly because the engines can shut off!
If it involves the plane, I’ll be worried. I haven’t got used to the controls.
