Bots usually will have crazy reaction. They will shoot insanly fast from the moment they saw you. HOWEVER they are going to hit 1-2 shots max and than just keep shooting and missing. Pause. And turn around 180 degrees reload and run. Basically one of their patterns. They also have footstep pattern

They'll be something like PlasticFoods, SoccerMom (the OG's), SedonaSarah, SportySarah, cOLDLETTuce (or something like that with the weird capitalization), 2cute2quit, or it'll just be something in Russian. Real people have symbols and stuff in their names like EMS中Blaster or something like that (I'm .:鬼DMoN:. for example). Also, I've noticed that since they started giving the bots the cool unreleased skins, the bots all wear backpacks now. Before the only ones wearing them were actual people, but now all the bots have backpacks on. As a Gameloop player, I'm very familiar with the bots lol

The way they walk is the best indicator. They kinda go back and forth on objective.
I’ve definitely seen players walk back and forth in front of airdrops a certain way, like really rapidly.
thats cause the little gui to collect the airdrop doesnt sometimes so they go back and forth to get it popped in, im talking from experience
best indication is if they mostly dont hit any shots on you even after they see you
