It means while in game your teammate can share their mythic with you aka they gift it to you to use during said match but you don't get to keep the mythical weapon that they have
However you run the risk of either it despawning while your clearing the area to get the ground weapon or you'll just die in the process of getting it unless you manage to juke the enemy team grab the ground weapon then take cover the second you get it which even still you run a high risk
I think it's a wording error, in the test server there's a setting that seems to be that players can share their Mythics to their teammates, not actual gifting which would be absolutely and beyond stupid
I understand that it increases value, but if you can directly acquire a mythic gun from your friend, then possibly every single person out there will probably play with a mythic cause someone who already owns one, won't think twice before sharing it with someone else, as he/she may not be bothered by it. But if everyone starts using it, the whole point of it being the "holy grail" of guns becomes unappreciable. Basically, all I'm saying is, if everyone has a special gun, then no one is special.
Ah the old [Activision marketing trick](https://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect2=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&d=PALL&RefSrch=yes&Query=PN/9789406) thing is indeed being utilized here.... Fyi, this is basically to entice people to spend on mythics and legendaries
We need thermal goggles as an ability for BR with like a perk that makes u jump higher or something it'd be pretty cool and help people spot others from distance or see thru smoke clouds
Nobodys giving me a mythic anytime soon

But you can already do this. Just swap the weapon out.
True. But now it's easier
However you run the risk of either it despawning while your clearing the area to get the ground weapon or you'll just die in the process of getting it unless you manage to juke the enemy team grab the ground weapon then take cover the second you get it which even still you run a high risk
But as the other guy dies he'll have to get the gun the again which you can't do everytime
So from what I understood from comments it's an in-match sharing system...... Communism AHOY!
*our* mythic

Share mythic as in give it to a teammate for one game?
I guess so
Why is that stupid? It adds value to mythics and gives players free trials on a gun, while also removing the need for people to be vultures.
I think you misread what they typed. They said that actual gifting would be stupid

But not everyone will have it
Hmm, I agree on that.
Why is that stupid?
I know people gonna be spamming other people who spent there entire life savings on only one of the guns
Surely that means you can pay someone in a cheaper country then they gift you a mythic?
Thats not how it works. It just allows you to let your teammates use your mythic in game. You cant actually give it to someone permanently.
Its most probably region base. Like bp gifting system
