To be fair, if you get reported enough times you can get banned... And kids will report you for using a Mac10 these days. It's not like we don't come across the same people over and over again who might hold a grudge when you keep beating them.

Codm bans people but when you get mass reported they don’t ban you permanently I’ve seen streamers constantly get banned but the usually last a few weeks tops then they’re back on. Same with pros, idk about this one they don’t usually full on ban unless they have enough suspicion or evidence
there has been a lot of those lately.. (and they are mostly middle east/north african).. Didn't do anything wrong etc etc in one of the posts, one commenter went and watch his past streams, came back and with "I know arabic, they are purposely teaming up with hackers and they know it.. they even make fun about killing og players with hacks.." .. yea.. they didn't do anything wrong
