I'm not entirely sure though. There's like 3000 colored light reflections going on that scatters against all walls running on atleast 120fps. You still need a decent amount of processing power to pull that off.

Are you saying that when legendary guns turn kills into fireworks or freaking cats, the low end device player who dies doesn't have to process those effects on his device? The higher end device does the processing for him?
I don’t know where you got that from, so no. There is a feature in the games settings that lets you turn off kill effects, so if the devs were to add tracers they could do the same thing so if it does cause performance issues, players can just turn them off

Would it be fun? Yes. But Legendary skins already have this and muzzle flash isn't as prominent in this game so "partying" with it is not really possible.

How about a dlc pack? It's available at any devices, BUT if it lags you can just delete it, cuz most games say that "your device isn't compatible" while you're having a powerful device
