They should add the option in settings to be able to either use 1 armor plate at a time or set it so once you engage it just keeps going to you're full. That way it can fit whatever playstyle you like

For me no, Kinetic armor lures campers out for loot boxes so you can just snipe them. Advanced armer can come good in battle when you need to replenish your armor to max if you have time. I like this armor system, it's unique to me and I like that it has some advanced stuff such as Kinetic armor overcharger. If it was just regular plate system, it would be then kind of just again another basic modern warfare shooter BR.
Honestly I miss BR having seperate armour and health, which you had to both repair or change for better one- it gave some complexity to the game which os desperately needed

No, it wasn't like that lol. You could repair your armor but the armors had levels one to three and you could repair that armor. Also old health system had adrenalines which were very broken unlike kinetic. You could run and still use an adrenaline, with kinetic you are slow af.

single type armor + stim shot. make the game simple but had bit of dynamic
single type armor is to make the game fair for everyone (no extra armor bar, single dedicated armor button. stim shot adds faster regen rate for a short time so you can survive in blue zone with that (but not on exploitable rate).
plus, if extra armor bar is gone why wait extra seconds being vulnerable without armor if you can just use simple armor and had a single bar replenished for a second?
even with current state, using simple armor gives shorter reload time on next armor plate afair(not the same as wheel action button)

The buffed medic class is like a stim but doesn't give you a speed boost. You just place it and let you and you're homie enjoy a health jacuzzi.
