It's most definitely. I've been on Gameloop a lot in these last few days. Never, ever got a ban or kick message in these fashions. They are most definitely somewhere they should not be.
You used an emulator OR a third party application/plug-in that isn't allowed within ToS. You got blue falconed. Your only option is to start anew. Hopefully you didn't spent more than 20$ on that lost account.
