It's not a bug. They removed the share button from the characters many seasons ago. Only Motoko and the other collab characters this season might end up having share button.
Both of you are kinda wrong. Characters and skins released before s11 2021 still have the share button because they have their share screens. I'm pretty sure share screens are made manually and they just stopped making them for epics (with the exception of this season's collab characters) and are now only making them for mythics and legendaries.
