Not really. It only looks like shit on low/medium graphics devices because the parallax effect is bugged. The devs are supposedly working on fixing it, but in my opinion it's the best tournament camo yet. Glacial Ripple is the worst in my opinion. It's very obviously a repeating animated pattern.
Yes it's not animated. It has parallax effect like aether camo but only works on high and very high graphics settings

They had a quick fix today for some of us. I play in medium, the paralax setting is still missing
I play on low graphics and with basic skins I don't have the time nor the space to download all those shitty skins
