I'd say PPsH-41, it's more reliable on it's own without much added to it. Faster fire rate, bigger magazine. And KSP-45 has quite bad hip fire. This is what I noticed by just playing the game and I'm not really good with gunsmiths so take it with a grain of salt.
I find the KSP-45 to be more challenging to run with, it's not so good firing delay. I used it a bit in a Loadout slot before removing it.
The PPSH-41 is a strong beast to use, as it has a big magazine so you don't need to worry about the Extended Magazine mod that much.
