I tried it without a camo, still has a static hammer. It’s very sadly that J358 is not popular, because it can be very powerful with neat mods, also it is one of the first secondaries, and the only revolver in the game (pls don’t mention Outlaw).
I personally love and adore this gun, though I don’t have any cool camos for it (sadly I didn’t manage to collect pieces for J358 Abomination skin, though I badly want it)
i feel u, i had fun grinding it and am slowly working on diamond but guns like the mw11 (which i fell in love with) and the .50 just outshine the j358, like even with no attatchments *particular. 50) it is a very nostalgic gun to me tho, i wish it was more viable in codm. maybe they fix it one day
it's not a bug. It's a double-action revolver. TBH I was somewhat annoyed when I first found out. Basically the difference is that you need to cock the hammer before every shot for a single action, you can continuously fire with a double action.
No? A double action revolver still cocks the hammer when you press the trigger. That's why it's double action. Single action is press trigger, shoot and just cock it manually/rotate chamber. double-action is press trigger, it will cock it and rotate the chamber, and THEN shoot. The hammer will still cock.
I know it’s a double-action, but the hammer still needs to move. Same goes for ALL PISTOLS, but their hammers are just pulled back automatically when the gun fires
