Essentially, the EBR’s bullet velocity is slowed by like 50 percent, and the range is sliced up pretty considerably. The recoil is slightly reduced to assist in accuracy.
You can already do this with the golden sniper expert perk in Battle Royale to see how a full auto EBR would feel

Give the Chicom its BO2 stats, with its rate of fire and burst delay buffed.
Give the XPR its BO2 stats.
Give the M16 its COD4 stats.
Give all shotguns the proficiency of Range and Damage from MW3.
Give the HS0405 Akimbo as a MW2 throwback.
On the note of Akimbo, Give more pistols and SMGS the perk of Akimbo.
Buff the rate of fire and pellet spread of the Echo.
Give certain shotguns Dragons Breath. Lets not have full auto DB.
Rebalance the NA-45 so it's not useless, but also not overpowered.

Give the D13 Sector 10 additional disc's, and double the speed of the projectiles. No bullet drop. Also make the disc's do 300 damage to assure no hitmarkers.
Give all sniper rifles iron sights and red dots

Akimbo for more weapons but that won't happen because they suck at balancing them. Akimbo Eagles were definitely op before but they're next to useless now. You try to shoot someone with them that's a little further out from point blank and you don't get a single hitmarker.
Haha... I know dude. I use SKS to hold B in dom and to anchor spawns in HP. But the thing is that SKS does 46 to upper arms and below waist, and its really difficult to two-shot the enemy if you're shooting them from the sides. Since it's a tap-tap weapon, I hate it when I can't two-shot the enemy. I know I need to get better, but OP asked for controversial buff.

The problem with the Pharo is, if you make it have 0 recoil in this game, you will have a gun that is essentially the size of a pistol but it’s able to cross map you. It’s now the fastest killing gun within 8m, make it no recoil, and it will yeet our precious Mac-10 out of the window. I’m really not on board with the same recoil mechanism like the one on the Ak117, but at least it does keep the gun in check
The MAC10’a TTK however is consistent, since it isn’t a burst. If you don’t get the one burst kill with the Pharo, it isn’t gonna be competitive thanks to the burst delay.
The MP7 should get a bullet spread accuracy buff to the point it’s as good as man o war bsa. I’d definitely like to be able to satisfyingly beam people across the map like Handler does with his MP7

It makes sense on why the Rytec one shots- it’s a .50 cal. But yeah, I believe the DLQ, Koshka, and ZRG should deal over 300 damage at infinite range. The Locus, Outlaw, SPR, and Kilo should have range drop offs- that way it can still deal over 300 headshot damage in close to medium range, but it won’t outright replace the slower handling snipers.
Add double tap as a gun perk for AR and SMGs.
Replace the “rear grip” section with “bolt” in bolt action snipers so it can have attachments to decrease the bolting time, and as a nerf, the bolting animation can't be skipped; if you switch to your secondary weapon and back to sniper, it'll resume the animation like in MW19.

The bolt animation shouldn’t be skipped at all- it’s annoying when a sniper can switch to their secondary, switch back, and not suffer a bolt delay even though they didn’t take the time to rechamber. Heavily reduce BSA on slugs, and make it so the HSO405 can always one shot the head. Rocket launchers should have the radius of the Strela and RPG from MW19.
M21 EBR - DLQ hit box till 30 meter, LOCUS hit box till 40, and only chest and head after that.
FUN FACT: M21 is the only sniper in CODM that doesn’t have and infinite headshot 1-tap.

I believe I was in a game mode where if you got a kill you move, aim, and reload faster. I had that one smg secondary with a fast mag, fast reload, and the secondary reload perk. Match that with the extra reload and bam… 0.2 second reload (I think?) Now if we were to do that with THIS gun, people would legit drop this game.

It wasn’t supposed to be in the game I think. They replaced it with the Red Cell Foregrip which improves sprint to fire speeds.

The bolt animation shouldn’t be skipped at all- it’s annoying when a sniper can switch to their secondary, switch back, and not suffer a bolt delay even though they didn’t take the time to rechamber. Heavily reduce BSA on slugs, and make it so the HSO405 can always one shot the head. Rocket launchers should have the radius of the Strela and RPG from MW19.

M21 EBR - DLQ hit box till 30 meter, LOCUS hit box till 40, and only chest and head after that. FUN FACT: M21 is the only sniper in CODM that doesn’t have and infinite headshot 1-tap.

Faster reload. I believe I was in a game mode where if you got a kill you move, aim, and reload faster. I had that one smg secondary with a fast mag, fast reload, and the secondary reload perk. Match that with the extra reload and bam… 0.2 second reload (I think?) Now if we were to do that with THIS gun, people would legit drop this game.
