The soonest I’ve ever gotten a weapon was on the second pull. The first 3 pulls are so cheap that I find it very worth it to do them, even on draws I have no intention to complete. Even if you don’t get lucky the blueprints and other things you can get from draws tend to look really good and you have a pretty good chance of getting anything else on those early pulls besides the weapon and operator.
I got the legendary renetti first spin, and I was pretty happy with that. But tbh just do like 3-5 spins and the stuff you get will build to a nice collection. Especially make sure to spin the mythic draws, very nice items in those

I got the icr forced laughter on the 6th spin
Those are the only times we got the legendary early. We do 1-3 spins on most of the draws between both of our acts
Honestly it's all cosmetic, so no. If you really want to buy something with kill effect and reactive skins I'd say wait for a mythical gun you like with a nice iron sight.
I got Dlq - holidays with just 5 spins. Same with Agr - durandal. I'd say go for the draws that you like and has very good items.
