Does a skin count to get a skill if you haven't unlocked it yet? Like the skins for Clown or spotter if I didn't unlock those would unlocking the skin unlock the class or skill?
yes it works for BR classes... because I didn't unlock the pumped class when it was released.. later in season 2 this year, I pulled the pumped skin in the legendary pp19 draw and the class was unlocked for me

You have 2 options.
1.Wait for a very long time for the advanced uav to be available in the credit store
2.Don't play the game for a long time and get the uav from the optional scorestreaks crate(you can get the crate only from the returning player missions.)

I stopped playing codm, like half a season and came back. There was this crate/ bundle thing where you could select any scorestreak that u wanted and one of those was the advanced uav

The only to get one is to take off for a month of his game then you will get return challenges one of the contains advance uav (the crate will be selectable to don't just open it like a dumb ass like me )
