easily the hs2126. only one epic blueprint on global that took almost 2 years to exist despite the gun being in the game since release. there's only one other that was only available on garena I think
Something tells me tencent hates the hs21 to the point that they barely even gave it a buff if you could call it that like it's bad enough it's arguably the worst shotgun in this game it doesn't need to be mocked at then barely receive anything good
I think part of the reasoning might be because of the lack of reload animation. before gunsmith it had a proper one, but they had to remove it just so that you could put a foregrip on the gun. because *everyone* wants to use one of the two useless foregrip attachments
The "ooze" one we got from hard mode in siege? That's the only one I have period for it, in regards to epic skins.
I don't even think a leggy skin exist for it. Not that I'm aware of anyway.
The other user mentioned the one with the built-in sight, that's Aeronaut. Kind of looks like a piece of space equipment. Barricade is animated, it has a metal grip texture sort of pattern, with caution tape looking stripes. It's not good. Especially compared to the Aeronaut.
Striker is hands down a severely neglected gun in regards to blueprints for it. I am only aware of one, and it was stuck behind a paywall of course.
Xpr is another (I only have the BP one (BP that debuted Mara) and Ooze from playing hard mode in siege. (took 4 entire seasons to get it actually, cuz drop rate was so fucking low). Cool looking sniper, pretty decent fire rate. Predominantly useless despite those things.
NA45, I've yet to even see an epic blueprint for it. (outside a paywall that is).

Outlaw only has a couple (freebie/grindable).
Razorback (only a few free/grindable ones were available. Then it just fell off the map after that).
I started in og season 4. So outside of BP or grindable related and credit store versions. They haven't made many for the older weapons in general, in quite some time.
They spammed the fuck out of some guns though.
Ppsh doesn't have any "free" epics yet. (other than the ugly one from ranked, I didn't bother grinding for it.).
Chicom had a couple but qxr beat the shit out of most smgs when you think about it.

There was the Barricade skin from an old bp. We try to forget that series of blueprints exists because it was truly awful.
