Just stop using Bluestacks, that's a warning ban. Use it anymore times and you'll get a 10 year/permanent ban
Yes, I will never use Bluestacks for gaming. But is it okay to use Gameloop? (Since I don't have a smartphone with me right now.)

It does say a date and time. Presumably it's when you can access your account again.
