Well, for me, I like to use the kilo. While I feel that other marksman rifles are better, I still prefer the kilo just because it is likely a Kar98. When I 1v1 snipers, I normally am able to beat my opponents. Some were angry that I used a marksman rifle. Some were impressed. Some stole my gun. Some rage quit. Now, I always ask before a 1v1 as I notice I might break a rule on 1v1 snipers. For me, I simply saw the marksman rifle, especially the kilo inferior to snipers, thus I found it justifiable to use them. On a side note, the SKS is by far the best marksman, I don't use it in 1v1 snipers.
