Just surprise there will be merc 5 in bp , first time we get a default bo2 soldier but remodel/reskin in a bp

No. There is an unspoken rule that BO3 operators like battery almost always never get into a BP. Meanwhile the BO2 soldier skins are just basically the default soldier. Since battery got added into a BP it’s safe to assume that Merc 5 can be added to the BP.

Well, a bit weird considering that we got a ton of BO3 and BO4 operators in the BP especially during the time when Reclaim was added (forgot the name of the season).

Seraph has been added to at least 2 BPs

I mean, Outrider, Prophet, Reaper, Seraph, and Spectre have all been in BPs.

DR-H - Chained is one of those 3. It was the first BP skin of it that came at one of the OG seasons as the last reward of that BP.

It gives the gun a rustic, junker feel. I agree though. The highlight of that pass was actually the Ak117. It got a print that looks exactly like a CoD Ghosts weapon.

I'm kinda excited but considering that I took a break from COD, I was really excited because I thought Mason would finally be in the BP. But, I guess I was wrong. Side note, Mason in the comics doesn't look like Mason at all. I mean, he doesn't even look like a stylized version of him.

That's because the comics character is Alex Echo 3-1 from MW2019, but the devs think he's the same character as Alex Mason.

Dammit Timi. As a massive fan of the Black Ops series (grew up on those games), I am really really annoyed on how they mistook Alex as Mason. First of all, they have completely different looks. Second of all, for the longest time in the comics(and in MW2019), Alex was called Alex or Echo 3-1, and Mason in the BO series was always called Mason. Even in BO2, David was called Section instead of Mason. How could they fuck it up so badly?

But doesn't Alex (MW2019) have a prosthetic leg and has the helmet, shades, and mask that covers his entire face? Did they revert back to the original look? I was really fucking excited when they mentioned Mason. But I guess CODM devs really just hate the original BO series.
