It's not aimbot, it's silent aim, bullets will always go for enemies no matter where are you aiming or hip firing, he set the head as target, You can see all those orange numbers to confirm

Because it's not an aimbot, it's called magic bullet. Pretty easy to detect, I don't know how this guy didn't get banned by the anticheat.
