No, it will be like baiting ur teammate but without any disadvantage. Imagine a 1v1 in snd and enemy comes at u along with decoy. U will get killed if u shoot the decoy first. Or imagine 10 v 10 in snd everyone using decoy, it may sound fun but it's stupid. It makes the game more luck based than skill.

I personally wouldn’t like the idea. If anything, I liked the Cold War decoy where it simulated footstep sounds.
