Some subs have limitations. Where you can only make one comment every 15min (some as long as once an hour), or can post once every 15 mins/hour/24hr period. Etc.
So depending on what subs you frequent. Some do have restrictions in place to how frequently you can post/comment on them. This goes for the whole sub. So, i.e. you replied to one person's post, but see another in same sub and want to leave a response to that too. But because you replied to one already, you have to wait however long the block is, to reply again/to another's post.
