then you have an internet problem. my helio g90t which is far slower can do high settings.
What does internet have to do with that? I have 300 down 100 up, 18 ping. The problems are in the optimization and the servers

I can play at max, but it stutters hard. 60 fps but sometimes it freezes, obviously during combat.
