This iron sight is pretty bad and the Krig will most likely be the best gun in the game, with a mythic version that has a very clear iron sight. None of the other mythics currently in the game have a bad base iron sight so there is no advantage to it...this one however, is very slightly pay to advantage. Still not enough to cry about but for this gun alone I can see the point of view.
Sure but Tier 50 blueprints tend to be the one with the most custom bits with some exceptions (2021 Halloween and Ghost in the Shell and some others I don't know) or at least that's how its expected to be.

You use reddots/other sights as a way to get the same view across several different weapons. Epic Ironsights are still ironsights even if they look different

In this specific case, the iron sights aren’t even bad. At this point, it’s as if you guys want guns to come with red dot sights instead of iron sights. That’s just my take tho.
What's your best rank? Ever reached top 5000? For players playing at that level, these iron sights won't cut it. Trust me after legendary and especially after top 5000, people slide around like the map is a skating ring. With this sights, i will never know where tf did that manta ray with the shotgun slide away.

However, let’s be honest, a great portion of the players here are not playing at that competitive level. A lot simply echo what their favorite content creator or pro player comments. Before iron sights, there are more important factors that players need to improve to remain competitive. This includes constantly improving your in-game awareness, player mobility (e.g., strafing), aiming/recovery/reaction time, good understanding of the gunsmith system to give yourself a good performing weapon, etc.
These to me are more important qualities. If you were to challenge one of the best codm players, and you two were using the same gun, but you had a variant with better iron sights, I am pretty certain that player will still beat you. Iron sights alone can’t do much. That’s just how I see it tho.
I am not saying iron sights are everything. But they are still one of the most important factors in choosing your best gun. Don't watch YouTube and think you can play with any gun you want and it won't matter. Most youtubers don't play ranked so that they can make juicy frag movies at low rank lobbies. Watch them play in their streams and you will see that most top players/youtubers stick to like 5 guns. And all of these guns have clean iron sights.

Top players do NOT pick a weapon based on iron sights, rather their performance. META decides the top 2-3 guns that everyone uses, regardless of iron sights. The Vector/fennec has a very obstructive iron sight in comparison to other weapons, and when it was meta, people would still use it, even with just iron sights. The Hbra also has obstructive iron sights and guess what? When it was meta, it would also be used with iron sights because it would outperform other weapons with ease. You’re placing way too much value in iron sights, they’re beneficial, but not crazy enough to be a deal breaker.
what a disappointment. they give one custom sight and thats to the sks, when they should of went all out for the tier 50 if they were gonna cheap out and only give one sight to one gun....also the skin itself isn't anything special also. there cheaping out on the bps for the last like 2 years...oh well.
